Private pool, quiet location and comfortable clean appartment.

Would have been great to have air-con on the bedrooms as well as the lounge.

Warblers View in Biot is the perfect place to spend a lovely holiday surrounded by the relaxing area of Biot. The house is really comfortable and the private swimming pool gives you rest after the fascinating trips around Cote d'Azur. Facilities ( supermarket, chemist, bakery, petrol station...) are situated in the near Valbonne ( 5 minutes by car).

The property is in a great location, it had everything we needed. The children loved being there and the pool was great. View from the rooms was awesome.

My two teenagers and I had a wonderful week at this home away from home while they went to a camp at CIV. The wonderful hostess looked after us very well with medicine when pharmacies were shut, showing us local walking tracks and even homemade chocolate cake for afternoon tea ... just because ! 😉

Only slight mention for future consideration ... It would be quicker and handier to have a shower instead / as well as spa bath especially when the weather is so warm and everyone in need of a quick wash ... maybe just my kids who don’t want to bath anymore ?!

Great location they were very frendly and helpful, the apartment is very clean and lovely swimming pool we have enjoyed it.😀
