Let me start by saying, we had a great time. Lovely property, friendly staff. You will have a lovely trip if you choose to rent this property. That being said, the listing itself and my dealings with the agent were, at the very least, misleading. I paid (quite a bit) more for a 3 bedroom unit instead of a two bedroom unit. Part of why I did this is because she mentioned ‘the 3 bedroom units have their own pool’ During our discussions she informed me that the specific unit I was looking at had been rented out BUT I could rent a ‘floater 3 bedroom’. So, my specific unit would not be chosen until check in. She failed to mention that the ‘floater’ units do not have a pool. I was very disappointed upon arrival to find we did not have a pool. Not only did I pay more for a 3 bedroom because of the pool, but I have a child that does not enjoy the loud activity at a community pool. I called Megan and she didn’t say much beyond ‘sorry you misunderstood’. When, what she should have said was ‘I am so sorry that I did not make that clear’. The listing I used to book my unit had photos of a private pool!! We had a good time despite these issues. However, I was disappointed that Megan never followed up with me to ask how it was going or if we had a good time. I do feel that it was a bit of a bait and switch situation and for that reason, I would never rent from this property management company again.

This is a great family place to stay. Lots of room and amenities. Easy walk to grocery store and taxis. Would highly recommend this location!
