Excellent location for the town and the Bossonet ski lift. Very friendly staff The apartments are very cosy and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen A lovely view from our balcony We loved our bread and croissant delivery every morning. Quiet Excellent pool and sauna and a bonus to be able to book private sessions

The staff was very nice and helpful.

No cleaning services provided due to "shortage of staff". To be honest, this is none of our business, and when you move into a flat with kids, you want to have the place cleaned at least twice a week. The hotel should have warned us ahead of time that there was no cleaning service available. This is the one thing that would make me thinks twice before booking a place at Les Cimes with the family. There was another instance where the window shades of the adjacent flats where slamming and banking the entire night because they were not secured, while the wind was strong. Not much sleep on that night. But these incidents can happen...

Great facilities, location and super helpful staff at reception.

The flat was clean and spacious. The pool and sauna excellent. The front desk service was very good.

You have to book the pool a day in advance. Would have like cleaners to come to clean apartment during our stay.
