Good location. Surprisingly quiet Secure Comfortable large lounge Big TV (but very old technology - e.g. no HDMI)

There was a bare copper wire coming out of the wall which was rather worrying (picture taken). Eventually we worked out it was the aerial wire for the TV (as the TV had no signal. Boiler looked like it needed attention: The pressure was very low. The instructions on the boiler stated that it needed to be to repressurised, Hot water was luke warm. We had to boil a kettle to do the dishes. Blinds: Let the light in. Woken at dawn. Lack of privacy. Upstairs middle bedroom: Daughter complained of multiple bites. Pictures taken. Moved her to downstairs bedroom. Parking: First come first served. You may have to park further down the road. Cookware/Cutlery Insufficient, and shabby. Cleaning: No dustpan. Clothes horse is broken. Unable to hang wet clothes. Dryer doesn't work on the Washer/Dryer machine. Bathrooms: No bins in bathrooms. Safety: No fire extinguisher, blanket etc. Bannister: Spindle damaged. Garden: Don't bother. Concrete space. Much more could be done. General: Showing wear and tear. Needs to be be better maintained. Inspection required prior to each visit, which clearly isn't being done.

We really enjoyed how spacious the property was. Great location, close to everything we needed and always managed to park close by. Well kept property with everything we needed

Beds weren't the comfiest and were small if sharing
