Gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber!
Es war sehr laut. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, zu warm, Matratze zu weich und Bettzeug zu dick! Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter unbefriedigend!

Zugang außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption (Ankunft war ca. 23.30 Uhr) war sehr gut durchdacht mit Schlosscodes und ohne Probleme möglich. Die Fußbodenheizung in einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Apartment gefiel uns besonders gut. Vermisst haben wir nichts. War auch sehr ruhig dort (Hinterhaus). Sehr zu empfehlen.
Fällt uns jetzt nichts ein.

The room was super big and we had enough space to open 3 big suitcases.
The decoration of the room was super cozy and nice. The bed was huge and comfortable.
The area is quiet but is only 10 min walk downtown.
We could not really manage to switch on the heater in the bathroom. We had only one towel when we did our self check-in for 2 persons. But we managed to get another one later.

No one was there when I arrived - they left clear instructions but in the dark, it was just a little bit confusing

Apartment had everything you would need for a short stay. The oven came in handy for cooking a pizza.
The fridge keeps making noise which was a little annoying when trying to sleep. Also having the windows right beside a pathway used by people wasn't ideal as you had to keep shutters down for privacy.

Nice, well equipped apartment. Spacious. Small kitchen. Great beds and clean apartment.
The kettles/casseroles dish were not suitable for cooking. The dishwasher machine did not clean properly, but managed to clean with extra water.

This hotel is extremely underrated. The rooms are extremely specious compared to others around Greifswald. the room was spotless, cozy. since we arrive and left in a weekend, the self check-in and check-out processes were extremely easy.
the neighborhood is very quiet and the location is just 15 minutes walk to the center of the city.

Almost everything, starting with the guidance about how to get the keys and the apartment itself which looks pretty nice.
This is a new or renovated place which from outside is still a construction site. You can tell this by the entrance in the inner courtyard. Location number is a bit hard to find, you will have to guess. Exterior is work in progress.

Super clean, big room with open plan kitchen. Fittings and furniture very new and modern. Would recommend without hesitation!
