The place its self is beautiful, lovely pool surrounded beautiful tranquil gardens! Nice place to sit and chill and read a book or just an afternoon swim and nap! The staff was exceptional helpful and very happy-service with a smile! They save a good breakfast everyday with fresh fruit, juice and coffee. The lodge is in a quiet neighborhood only 4 blocks from the beach and several restaurants!

The staff were very welcoming and showed us several different rooms to choose from. The pool area was fantastic I was looking for a book to read in English and they had a small library and collection of books to choose from for free. They also have a secret garden behind the pool area Lots of interesting places to relax as well as your room.

The breakfast was not what I like, but all the other guests seemed to enjoy it. Maybe they could have a Choice.

Tuzco is a beautiful property and has a extraordinary kennel and dog yard. The pool is big and there is a walking meditation garden, well-tended with many birds. The staff are kind and helpful. It's a short walk up from the beach with sunset views.

Like many places the pillows need replacing otherwise a perfect 5 night stay.

Julio and his father were some of the kindest people I've met on my trip around Ecuador. I arrived to the lodge quite ill and Dr Salazar nursed me back to health and they did everything they could to make me comfortable so I could heal. I wish I could give an even higher rating! The hotel itself is very clean and affordable and even includes breakfast. The pool was very nice as well. 10/10 recommend Tuzco Lodge!

WIFI, slow! Can not stream.

Nice and comfortable beds, room was very clean. Pool area is great to hang out, staff was very friendly and helpful. Good and varied breakfast.

Whole hotel area other than the rooms would need some cleaning and renovation in a few parts. It looks a bit run down in some spots. This could easily be a 10 point hotel if it was cared for a bit better. Nevertheless, we would stay here again as it is still a nice place. Maybe ask for a room that is not facing towards the street, as there are small windows without any glass at the top of the room, which makes it quite loud at night. Also, some cupboards or places to hang your clothes would be nice.

The staff were excellent, took me to aqua blanca and to the viewpoints and to the bus station. Pool area was a god send as town dirty and beach so noisy

Think it was good all round to be honest, bit of walk down to the sea but that ensured it was peaceful

the breakfast, the rooms, the location a bit off the center is perfect

nothing, if it was cheaper I would have stayed for a week!
