Great location but still quiet at night. Easy check in process and instructions from owner. Very helpful 👌 Really enjoyed our stay would highly recommend this room.

Very nice, fully renovated room with Balcony and amazing view to the sea. The room was clean and comfy. Espresso or tea is available in front of the room. For ladies: The hairdryer is a very useful modern one, not like these useless hairdryers in other places. Pictures showing the real situation without any filter. Reception is located in 5th floor. The balcony at the 5th floor at reception area (another great view) is available for all guests. Kitchen is a shared one, where you could prepare food (cooker, equipment and another coffeemaker available). The place at all is clean and well organized. Directions: 5-8 min walking distance to the yacht harbour close to Museo Archeologico. 5 min walking distance to main street in old village. 10 min walking distance to the train station with a lot of bus routes. Host: Emilio is a great, absolute supportive and friendly host. He is available in case of any requests or questions. Thank you for this. It made it a good stay.

Emilio, who runs the B&B, was very friendly and gave us recommendations on where to park our car. The room had been newly renovated and was nicely designed. We were very comfortable here and would recommend it to anyone.

The little fridge can be noisy at night, but it can be switched off.

Fantastic location & so near to the main town but without any of the potential noise problems. Emilio could not have been more helpful.

Difficult to find a parking spot (Saturday evening!….) but worked out in the end…

The place is very central but just a bit remote from the main street to be calm. We had a small room but everything was good and functional: air con, small fridge,tv. The room is cleaned everyday. Emilio was great, our flight was delayed and we arrived so late...there were no more buses running from the airport, he came to get us. We later rented a car, there is a big free public parking nearby...expect to spend time finding a parking space...it is often full. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the island.

I have stayed at a recently renovated room. The room was very clean and the host was really kind. If I have a chance to go to Olbia again, I will stay here again without hesitation.

Room was clean and new, air conditioner works perfectly and Emilio is very kind. I will return.
