Bathroom needed up dating. Hot water took ages to come through and could have been hotter

Motel was in a great location, but my goodness was our room dirty! There were dead bugs on the kitchen counter and in the bathroom sink and floor. There was hair (not ours) all over the shower when we arrived. Looks like the room was not cleaned very well at all. I wouldn't have mentioned it to reception, but the elderly gentleman gave the impression he could care less what we thought.
Cleanliness needs to be better, also there was no shampoo or conditioner offered. There was a leftover water jug in the fridge which I think was from the previous guests.

the bed was comfy and the shower good. Location was good. The reception staff were great, providing local knowledge of safe swimming spots and shopping. Car parking was handy to the room.
It was roomy accommodation but needed a face lift and smelt musty. The kitchen cupboards were temperamental and needed adjusting with some bugs crawling inside.

It was a close walk to everything on the main drag. Great restaurants and the beach nearby. Close to all amenities.
The walls arent soundproof so we could hear the people next door as though they were in our room. It was very loud and quite late.

Position and room was great. Close to everything and quiet at night. The Manager was very friendly and helpful and changed my room when I asked for a lower level. I awoke refreshed
I would have liked the verandah lights to go out at 10 instead of 12.30 as I was kept awake til then. Or maybe supply room darkening curtains.

wonderful location, walking distance to the beach and town. beds were very comfortable and the room was very spacious. nice pool area and on-site parking.
sofa could have been comfier but we didn’t spend much time on it indoors anyway

Older style, very comfy room with separate sleeping/living area and nice sized kitchen. Excellent location 5 min walk from main cafe strip and beach
No night manager or after hours help. We came back from dinner one night around 9pm and realised we'd locked ourselves out, phone number provided at reception was not answered and no acknowledgement of voicemails. Had to find somewhere else to stay the night :-(
