Facile d’accès avec le bus, une piscine presque vide tout le temps.
Trooooooooop cher par rapport aux prestations.
La cabine de douche est minuscule.
Le lit double n’est pas un lit double mais deux lits simples accolés.
La literie n’est pas confortable. Difficile de bien dormir pendant la semaine et impossible de réserver moins de 7 nuits.
Le petit déjeuner est exactement le même pendant 7 jours. Salade de fruits en canette et gâteau et jus de fruits industriels.
(J’ai fait la remarque gentiment dès le premier jour, mais ils ne sont jamais revenus vers moi avec une proposition de solution. Il y avait une possibilité de prendre le PDJ dans un établissement en accord avec l’hôtel, mais ils ont refusé).
Les prestations ne sont pas celles d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Not the hotels fault but the car hire company they recommend are dishonest refusing to refund our deposit even though car returned perfect. Don’t use them!

Staff is amazing, the dinner is great, so is the pool.
Location is very good, a short walk from the port and city beach, 2min to a supermarket.

Nothing really, the air con is a bit dated, and the bed is firm, apart from that good value for the money.

Location is brilliant being a 5 min walk from the centre of town and beaches. Staff super helpful and friendly, even packing a picnic for our 5am departure.
We loved the beautiful grounds and pool and the bar staff were lovely.
We will book to come back!
The mattress on our double bed was SERIOUSLY hard. My back and hips were actually hurting.

The staff are so friendly and helpful! Breakfast and the evening meal is excellent. Wonderful view from our room. Highly recommend the deluxe rooms with sea view and balcony. We could not ask for anything more, just perfect!

Good facilities at the hotel including a swimming pool with a nice view to the see and to the mountains. Breakfast was very good and staff very friendly. The room consisted of two rooms in fact and a balcony with a nice view to the swimming pool and the sea/mountains.
It as a bit noisy in the corridor in the mornings when people were going down for early breakfast.
As for the location, it is a 10/15-minute walk to the center and harbour.

The hot water was broken for 3 hours. We finally took cold shower at the first day. In the rest of day the hot water had to wait for 5 minutes to come out.

The rooms were very old, especially the bathroom. It wasn‘t as clean as I expect it to be. The breakfast was not good as well (there were only plastic cups for the juice)..

Decent Continental Breakfast, really good location , plenty of food places nearby and close to the port aswell which allows you to rent boats and stuff for the other beaches
The furniture and layout is a bit outdated for a 4 star hotel , the shower was also quite small and congested and the wifi in the rooms were really weak

The pool facilities are nice and clean. Great location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice cocktail bar and the property cats are calm and sweet :)

Our experience was really great - the room was large and comfortable with a pleasant balcony with sea- and pool view. The pool, the staff, the breakfast, the terrace and a very lovely and well maintained garden, all just two streets away from the sea, the restaurants and shops, everything was very good. We stayed just for two days, but we could definitely spend our whole vacation there, if we weren't eager to explore the rest of Sardinia too.

De location was nice and the room was nice. Our room had a balcony with a good view. Reception staff was nice.
The pool was not clean. Loud music at night until late. Bar staff was very unfriendly. But most of all, the breakfast arrangement was not good. Unfriendly treatment by the person serving us. This way of serving does not allow you to have a relaxes start of the day. Long waiting lines and very low quality of food. The coffee was undrinkable and the eggs were greasy and saltless.

Strongly recommend to stay at I Ginepri and choose the Half Board. Staff food accommodation and amenities were exceptional! Will be back for sure
