A clean and spacious house, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Driveway parking and easy walk from town. Quiet location.

Just a couple of niggles - bathroom sink very slow to drain and ensuite toilet cistern tended to run continuously after flushing.

The location

Self catering so took our own breakfast, Location was ideal for touring the Cotswolds. Especially very convenient for walking into Evesham Town, Riverside and Shops, Musuem, Restaurants. Very clean and welcoming accommodation. Lovely taste in decoration too! Enclosed private rear garden. Would highly recommend this property. En-suite facilities in the master bedroom, family bathroom (3 bedrooms, 2 double), 1 single, toilet downstairs also. Roomy hall. Plenty of places to put shoes, coats, etc. Very nice to have teabags and little pods of milk provided, although we did bring our own as we didn't know these basics would be in the Cottage. The owner was extremely helpful in answering questions on how to get into the property.

The only thing that could have been better was to perhaps provide coffee (for use in the French Press particularly, or instant coffee if needs be) as a Coffee Machine was advertised. Not knowing what type of machine we didn't bring the correct coffee for the French Press (I should have asked the Owner on reflection but wrongly assumed the Coffee Machine was the pod type).

Very nice and comfortable house. There were a lot of toys, games and books for the kids. The beds were great.

At arrival the kitchen wasn’t so clean, there were still (clean)dishes in the dishwasher and open things in the fridge, which wasn’t that clean as well. There were some used towels hanging upstairs and the sidetables were on the beds. The floor was wet upstairs. Afterwards we heard that it had just been cleaned.
