The view was fantastic

There was nothing to dislike

The location was in a very quiet street with nice views form the balcony. Very country like. Beds were comfortable and had all you needed for the stay.

The connection between upstairs and downstairs was only via external stairs which was odd. Having said that we spent all time upstairs so it didn’t matter.

Gorgeous location and very comfy house, we had everything we needed and more. Loved, loved, loved out getaway way here. We would love to come back again soon.

Location was fantastic. Facilities were complete. Contact person was easy to contact.

Under beds were dusty. Skirting boards and window sills were dusty.

The location was awesome and so were the views. The owners communication was also very good and clear.

The property was very tired and dusty. The deck needs painting, there were cobwebs and dust everywhere on the deck and windows. The area under the deck looked really sad and in need of work. Also having a massive TV in the kitchen/dining area was odd given there was no where to lounge and watch it. The upstairs could do with reconfiguring so a lounge space is created. We ended up getting our bedding (that we bought with us) and lying on the floor to watch tv. Going outside and down stairs to watch tv in what felt like a cave didn’t appeal as it’s completely away from the rest of the main living. We were lucky the weather was good so we sat outside until it got cold. Again some comfy seating outside would be good, the chairs were old, peeling and not comfortable for sitting in for long periods (we used our pillows). The property also didn’t have any bedside lamps so reading in bed meant full bright overhead lights, which was no good for relaxing or the other person. It’s easy to secure lamps to furniture if theft is the reason there aren’t any.

Location was excellent and the views were better than expected. The house was a great size and has a lovely deck area with outdoor seating. It's ideal for couples / groups of friends or a large family. Very quiet and peaceful street. You're so close to the beach that you can hear the waves crashing and we loved it.

The place could have been cleaner as it was pretty dusty around the window frames etc. it's also starting to look a little tired. Lack of iron and ironing board was disappointing, bar stools would have been a great addition, no side lamps in the bedrooms, missing a dust pan and brush, no full length mirror

Host was approachable and very helpful. Location excellent with good sea views

Everything you'd need for the perfect getaway! Escape from the city, listen to the peaceful waves on the deck... the pictures really don't do it justice - view is incredible! 10/10 would stay again :)

As it's winter, we could have done with a few more blankets and thicker bedding to keep us warm, as there's only 1 heater per floor in the main function room.
