Location near the beach, views are amazing! Also the bathroom & shower is very pleasant.

Reception was very friendly and attentive. Although, it can have more knowledge about the area. Also, some of the finish of the room were from Ikea, and you know if they decorate the place with local items and made by local crafters would be an extra.

Close to the beach and easy to access restaurants and shops. Quiet and extremely clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

If you don't have a car, it is not the most convenient location for accessing public transport. Most bus stops are about a 15-20minute walk. Not all tours will collect from there.

very quiet, just what you want for a relaxing holiday. air conditioning was excellent and very quiet. the beach apartment was excellent for walking onto beach and walking out to the restaurants. The bed was extremely comfortable the best we have had on holiday.

The only thing we would like to have had was some easier chairs to sit on in the garden, the table and chairs was a little uncomfortable.

The only thing is the kitchen area ,very slow stove ,there isn't extractor so if you cook everything is smelling like food but a lot of nice restaurants in the area

Lovely beachfront apartment, good size, well maintained and managed. Nicely presented. Very clean (daily if required), quiet and comfortable. Very good hot tub. Microwave, toaster, hob and kettle all included. Also a decent hairdryer. Nice communal pool area. Walking distance to a good variety and standard of local bars and restaurants. Also supermarket and shopping centre nearby.

More cutlery (better chopping knife) and glasses would have helped but nothing major.

Beautiful property, very clean when we arrived and the staff cleaned every day when we were there. It is very quiet and peaceful. Right on the beachfront. Beautiful promenade to walk on. Super markets nearby and plenty of restaurants to dine. Bed so comfortable and very airy plenty of light and windows to open for fresh air, also air con in hall and bedroom. Good kitchen facilities fridge and hob so you can cook own meals. Will definitely go back there it's a real gem

The only thing I would recommend is maybe to put a hand rail in shower as quite slippy other than that it is 100%

Big space appartment, cleaning was very good , very quiet area , 10 min walk to restaurants and shopping centre .

Hot tub in didn't work for 2 days , workmen mess left in garden so didn't use garden , offered 5% off bill but never got anything back , 2nd bedroom there is no heating , TV stopped working , reception doesn't open till 10am .

comfortable beds. comfortable sitting area. loved the shared pool; plenty of room to swim. hot pool was an added bonus. kitchen area is adequate for making light meals. very peaceful. lovely to sit on balcony for breakfast. staff very helpful. good location. 5-10 minute walk to Deilan centre for supermarket. plenty of restaurants within 10 minute walk. great fish restaurant just off the beach. Only about a minute walk to beach front. we walked to Arrecife and Carmen. great place to stay

maybe more kitchen utensils like a cheese grater or an extra pot and frying pan but staff very helpful if you need anything.

It was our second stay at La Concha Boutique in 2022, this time in apartment 6 which was a 1 bedroom sea view apartment. It overlooked the pool and had a fantastic sea/beach view. Very private, very comfortable, a fantastic terrace that is sheltered from the Lanzarote winds leaving a sun trap all year round. The staff were excellent. Lovely beach walks straight out of the resort either to Arrecife or Play Honda and beyond. Lovely bars and restaurants a short walk away as well as a great shopping centre. Estrella del Charco in Arrecife is a lovely restaurant/bar. December weather was perfect, exactly what we needed as a short break away from UK winter weather. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and quiet location

We would definitely stay here again, I think it's probably one of the best places on the island. The out door area is really nice especially if you have a glimpse of the Sea View. Everything seems pretty new, and the design means that people are trying. Check-in was pretty fast. You just pull up outside their office, and go and check in in their office and they give you the key. We didn't have this information when we arrived so we were a little nervous, but the entire process is pretty organized.

The air conditioning went out our last night so it was super hot. We had asked for our unit not to be cleaned, because we never want a housekeeper in with our belongings without us present because of our work equipment. Someone had come in to change a trash bag, not clean anything, just come in to change a trash bag without our knowledge, and somehow knocked off an air conditioning sensor, and it meant that we really couldn't sleep our last night before our flight. They were very responsive and trying to correct the issue though. Just know that you're going to be right next door to other people on their balconies, we had really loud Italians talking all night, but for the value, it's really great.

Our 4th visit. We love it here so much. Great place to get away for a relaxing chilled break. Hired ebikes. Great cycle route along the coast

Fridge would be better having an ice compartment.

The apartment is just amazing. There's everything you need. Best position for visiting the island and also very nice restaurants at just few mins by walk. We didn't really live the beach at front but definitely gives you an amazing view from the garden.

Great location, quiet, but also right beside the beach at La Concha and within 10 minutes walk of shopping centre and beach-front bars and restaurants in Playa Honda. The apartment complex was exceptionally well looked after by the friendly staff. Good sea views from apartments listed as having sea views. Highly recommended!

The only minor issue was that the arranging of taxi pick ups from the apartments was a bit chaotic. The front desk was also unable to book taxis for any future date (e.g., the following morning!) The taxi service from the rank at the shopping centre (10 mins walk) was good however, and taxi costs were inexpensive.
