Great location, the home was neat and organized.
Space for all of our family.
Probably time for some furniture upgrades, but other than that, we had a great time in a lovely home:)

We came to this beautiful home with 11 close family members. We swam and cooked in a well stocked kitchen, fished, and kayaked. Beaches and restaurants were close and convenient. This house is everything it describes itself to be and more. Many beautiful memories were made. Thank you to the host for sharing their home with us.

Ten of us had a fabulous week exploring Marco Island in this large, comfortable house. 20 minute bike ride to beaches (several bikes need to be serviced), lovely pool, although it was too cold until we got heater working properly. Lots of kitchen supplies for cooking and a grocery store very close.

Great house, well equipped kitchen which is important since we are group of 11, and make breakfast/dinner every day.nice heated pool and pool toys. Close to everything - lots to do on island and nearby. Very clean. Would def come back!

Beautiful home with plenty of space. Fabulous dock for fishing and full size pool for swimming. Our family of 9 enjoyed it tremendously. Lots of nice extras to make the vacation more fun- beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. Fun kayaks. Close to restaurants and beaches.

This property is perfect
We stayed as 3 couples and 3 children and the rooms are fantastic, clean and each one large.
It could not be faulted excellent from start to finish. The location of the house is perfect for trips to Publix or to the beach front with its restaurants - Pinchers the favourite !
The pool is a great size and heated up very quickly and plenty of sun seats and sun loungers both around the pool and on the dock.
Plenty of towels and the kayaks where a great extra.
Room to park 3 cars in the garage and still have another 3 on the drive.
Both the adults and kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we hope to be back in 5years time.

We rented this property to celebrate our 45th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The home was amazingly comfortable for our family of 11, aging from 6 to 70. The children and adults so enjoyed all the activities the home offered!! Beth was so easy to work with and so conscientious about making sure we enjoyed our stay. Our family will always cherish the great memories made from this trip! We would definitely book this home again for a future vacation!

The house is very well stocked. They have everything you could possibly need for all ages. It was very clean and in a great location. Great communication with the owner who worked very hard to make our stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such an amazing time staying that this property. It comfortably slept 10 adults (could have fit 2 more on the pull out couch) and had enough space for all of us to eat dinner together and hang out both inside or outside of the house. The pool is fantastic and very private. They provide everything you need for the beach including chairs and coolers. And the kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook every night. It is also a great location, the grocery store is just down the street and the beach is an easy drive. I hope we are lucky enough to stay again someday.

Our family of 8 travels every summer for a week of quality time. This is the perfect home for large groups...a beautiful, well stocked home in a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood, great location to beach, stores, grocery stores and wonderful homeowners! Beth was very helpful with information prior to our trip about things to do in the area and places to visit and eat. She was went above and beyond to make our vacation a wonderful experience! If we are fortunate to find ourselves back at Marco Island there is no doubt we will request staying at her & Pete's home!

Beautiful home. Great layout. We rented some golf carts which turned out to be amazing. We took them everywhere on the island. Owners were great to work with as well

Great location. Enough space to be with others, or a place to be alone. Everyone loved the pool. My father-in-law (85) loved that he could watch the children in the pool from the second floor balcony. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you.

There were 11 of us ages 4 to 65. We had an amazing time. The home is very comfortable and the pictures are accurate. We did catch a lot of catfish off the deck and some other interesting fish. I did see a dolphin in the cove on one morning. The outside is just right for a family and the kids all had a great time. Marco Island is beautiful and I would highly recommend this home. They had absolutely everything you could need as far a towels, beach gear, chairs, coolers, pool toys, kayaks and bicycles. Publix is just around the corner and is very convenient. Thank you for the use of your home. We were there 11 days.

Nice location, loved the ocean breeze
The house was large and expansive, plenty of room both inside and outside. Screened to keep the bugs out with plenty for our group, 4 adults and 6 kids (Teen to 6 years old).
Great location with Publix literally 1-minute drive away.
The only negative is the stairs, so if you have someone who has problems with stairs I wouldn't recommend it. Because you have to walk-up/down to the main floor (2nd level) pretty much every time you leave or return. There is a bedroom on the ground level though.
I would definitely book this home again!

Beautiful home in paradise!
The house was beautiful and spacious. Perfect for our family of 10. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock. The sunsets were gorgeous! Perfect House for an extended family
We absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our extended family of ten, including four grandchildren. The house looks just like the pictures, spacious and exceptionally clean. Convenient to Publix market.
We made significant use of the heated pool and screened-in patio. Everyone enjoyed the stay; we have many great memories of our time in Marco Island.
Beth was very accommodating, check-in / out could not have been any easier. She provided excellent details prior to our trip as well as being very responsive to our inquiries during the week.

Great pool and everything and more you need is at the house.Nice quiet neighborhood dock area Great to sit by and say dolphins and 1 manatee. Great for big families lots room.Would recommend and will be stating there again.

It is also equipped with kayaks, bikes, beach toys, helmets beach towels, and more. It boasts loads of places for sitting in the sun or shade or for dining, indoors or out. There is a Publix just across the street for anything you might need. Easy drive or bike ride to the main downtown area. And the owner was most helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay again when our family plans another trip to the area.

Great for families!!!
This was my families first time in Marco Island and it did not disappoint!! The owners are wonderful and the house was extremely clean and a perfect location. I had gone with kids ranging from 5-1 yrs old. The pool was perfect and enclosed. They even had floats and fishing poles ready for the kids! Publix is walking distance away in case you need any groceries and there are tons of restaurants nearby as well. I would highly recommend!

Family affair
This is a great property!! Spacious, both inside and outside. Ample room to accommodate the 12 adults. Pool was great, amenities were great. Beth paid attention to a lot of the details needed to rent this property. Only 1.6 miles to the beach. Great water way on this property—saw a dolphin one day. Would definitely rent this property again!!!
