Amazing breakfast - I ordered fruit salad, croissant, cereal, AND a fry up! I was so stuffed. Also, immaculately clean and great size of room. Brilliant check in, I checked in at 2am after a wedding and reception was still there and open.

Slightly un-exciting decor, as it is huge and very new. Next to a motor-way, therefore it slightly has the feeling of a huge and very fancy motel

the rooms were spotless and looked great, the lodge as a whole was immaculate

There was a slight confusion over breakfast, as we had been told we had breakfast included over the phone when paying and on arrival got told breakfast wasn’t I closed

New, clean, modern rooms with very comfortable beds. Excellent, plentiful, good value breakfast.

it is super quirky and funky.love the decor.

the bodywash and soap in the rooms isn’t nice at all as it smells too clinical and dries the skin out.has previously brought out my eczema.would advise change to something nicer to enhance the guest experience.even if they are minis for guest to take it would be a better investment than a mystery product in some random bottle.not great that there’s no list of ingredients.if I had of seen it the first time I never would have used.

Nice modern room. Cistern flush never completed its cycle so ran all night which wasn't an issue for me but I reported it on leaving. Spacious and clean rooms. Car parking right outside with the bar next door.

Nothing to report and I would stay here again.

a nice quiet room with everything I needded

Easy check in, helpful staff were able to source feather free pillows, room was clean, shower was great, the bed and linen was very comfortable...actually it was superb!!! There was no issues with noise from other guests.

The temp range of the sink in the bathroom was limited to super hot or cold (room 26) and there were a few stains on the carpet which let it down a little.

Dog bowls was nice touch. Didn't get dog biscuits like showed in photo website. Biscuits were nice for tea and coffee

Rooms too hot. Bed was small double and light was broken by make up table also when stated breakfast to only find out it did not include cooked had to pay extra.

Super clean rooms and great shower. Bar and restaurant staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly.

Rooms were way too hard, could only turn temp down to 19 degrees. Even with window open, still too warm. not very eco conscious/friendly.

the carpet had seen better days - lots of stains on bedroom and hallways, no hand rail in the shower in case you did fall, no information welcome - no numbers fir reception, Wi-Fi code etc
