Photos doesnt do justice for this place. Definately exceed our expectations. Location is great- only 5 min walk from Karon main street, lovely walk through local livings. Staff was friendly- they provided us very comfy babybed and baby highchair. Pool area nice and cozy- we were worried that the sun is blocked, but no- its there most of the day. Beds were also comfortable, bathtub really big.

Only minor thing- there were no water heater jug so boiling water for baby took a bit more time. There were minor ants, but its Asia. That didnt bother us.

Everything about this property was amazing. I was a bit tensed before the booking as there weren’t many reviews but honestly this has been one of my best stays in phuket (of the 4 times I’ve visited). Our host Nam was extremely sweet and soo helpful all throughout; very responsive and always available to help. She even helped us book our ferry to phi phi and helped with general info around the place. the location is a walk away from Karon walking street which has a lot of very good food options available, about a 15 mins walk to the beach. The 7/11 store is available for deliveries and is a 10 mins walk away. The villa is a 15 mins drive to Bangala street and about 45 mins to phuket old town. Will definitely recommend this property and will revisit when I’m back in phuket.

The master bed rooms were really nice, property is very well equipped with all necessities, extremely clean. The pool area and outside patio are nice spots to chill around.

The villa was exceptional. It is in a lovely quiet location and within reach of the beeches and local shops. Having a car was useful, but getting around without one was easy.

Amazing modern villa with nice swimming pool. Very large living room and bedrooms. Excellent staff on site.

The villa could have been a little cleaner. Curtain drapes/shower robes were very dirty. Nothing located around the villa, either a 15 min walk or car trip. Biggest problem however could be with your neighbours if they decide to be noisy at 3am.

Extremely friendly host and staff, beautiful villa with a private pool and open verandah for chilling, feels like home with full set of kitchen equipment that enables light cooking.

The location is a little bit out of the way, however it was not very difficult to get Grab or taxi, and not an issue if you don't mind a little bit of walking

While it was selected because it was a SHA approved property and we were a family of six. The villa was nice clean and neat. We got to check-in early (thanks to Nam who was coordinating with us). Place is away from the beach but yet within 15mins walking distance from it (Karon beach). There are more local people around, but the place was quiet and peaceful - which is exactly what we needed. Nam was exceptional - she answered all our questions without fail or any message that was sent to her. And without a brow being lifted. Specially since govt. policies across countries were varying we had to pose all sorts of question to her.

Minor electrical and water issues that kept happening. But not something that will mar the stay period. The rooms are next to each other in a row and only one of them has a window (rather a view to the pool). The other two don't have any sunlight coming in.

I liked that it was on a hill, away from the tsunami zone.

There was no breakfast or private chef. You cannot get any food deliveries past 10 pm so if you arrive late, too bad. We were in the first villa which is the water tank for the whole complex and we arrived home to a tanker truck with a hose running through our villa on 3 occasions during our 1 week. There used to be some restaurants very close but have closed due to COVID and closest food is a 10 minute walk. There was a man who worked there and liked to come into villa before I had opened the door after the door bell rang. I told him to leave and he kept telling me to pay 100 baht ($3) for a broken dish. I told him I didn’t let you in, get out. I left the money on the counter as we left. Also he spoke no English which was annoying when you need something and have to text a third party to have them call him to translate.

Great location, even though you may need your own transport. Clean and spacy villas with extremely good Internet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Salted pools are not as enjoyable. Definitely possibility to improve this almost ideal place
