Fast response for a small issue. I did not use the pool (not interested). Great location.

The location and property was as described. Enjoyed the stay. The staff was wonderfully quick to respond to any concerns. I wish the floors and tub had been a little cleaner but the overall property and staff were great.

We had a great time in this condo. It was spacious and comfortable. Great location and access to beach. The kitchen could use some attention in terms of supplies like a good sharp knife, tongs, more silverware (only 4 knives) . We had to buy a can opener. A few more t towels. We “made do” tho so no big deal. We tend to cook more than most people I guess.

The property was close to the beach, food and shops.

Enjoyed the condo great location but you folks should provide the missing needed items that were listed and which were not in the condo for the next renters - so this is fyi to put in condo: Can opener - couldn’t open our canned food. Clean Bath towels (none and a dirty basket of laundry (the towels) was in a laundry basket near the washer with no detergent provided - so no shower until we went to supermarket the next day. Also don’t want to wash other people towels. So there is a double set in that condo now since housekeeping later brought us towels. We washed them all and folded on table and in the hall bathroom closet. Shampoo in each bathroom wasn’t there There was no outside garbage receptacle at this location. Problematic. There was no recycle receptacles either at this location. We had to drive our refuse out to the town locations. All other apartments seem to have a garbage receptacle outside - strange and inconvenient not to have one for the rented condo. Kitchen towel not there Kitchen sponge not there Paper towel roll not there Kitchen potholders not there (need for cooking/oven. We are telling you so you can get these items into the condo for next people. These items are really needed. Loved this place - loved tvs and ac (we set at 73 when we left) laundry was all great - everything worked perfectly (lock broke and help came right away - so great) loved everything. Thank you.

The condo was perfect for our long weekend in mid-May! We are a retired couple who stayed three nights there with our adult son. Everything was clean and fresh. Although the building is a little older, it has been maintained nicely, with new flooring and other upgrades. Close to the beach, and great restaurants, the Tybee Pier, and shops are within easy walking distance on the South end of the island. The staff was very welcoming an promptly responded to texts regarding daily pool access codes. A short walk away, the pool was clean, heated, and not crowded. One of the most pleasant experiences we have had in a beach rental!

The place was in walking distance to everything. No beach view though. Quiet area.

My spouse and I greatly enjoyed our 10 day stay in this condominium. I was very pleased with the cleanliness throughout. (I did not see one insect inside the entire stay... which I feel is worth mentioning in Georgia!) This space was furnished with everything we required. The parking was perfect for our single vehicle (there is room for two vehicles). All tools and utensils provided to cook our own meals. (No food stuff whatsoever; no oil, spices, etc. We did not expect any, but worth mentioning so you can expect to find your own. There is one convenience store in walking distance with food basics, and a larger grocery store within cycling/ short-driving distance. The grocery store closes 7 - 8pm). We also found the spigot at the bottom of our condo steps very useful for rinsing when returning from our beach walks. The beach is a very short walk away! Southern Belle, the rental management company handling this property is kind, professional, attentive and not at all invasive. We will be returning to Tybee Island later this winter for a family reunion... I will be searching for a Southern Belle property to accommodate our group. Thanks Southern Belle! For prospective renters of this property... go for it! We loved it.

It was a great location, very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo needs some updating: rust on frig and shower rods. Pillows on living room have feathers coming out. However, the manager was easy to communicate with via text.

Nice place to stay near beach

This property was as described. It is within walking distance of the beach but it is not a beachfront property. The two bedrooms are spacious and roomy and the kitchen is stocked with equipment. The beds are queen size.

The place looked exactly as pictured! Decent place for the price and a 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to local shops, bars, restaurants, and ice cream! One complaint is the pool is a couple blocks away and a bit small, still a great place to relax. Also, the parking is pretty tight, have to be careful not to hit any concrete pillars. However, it's nice to have protection from the weather for your car! I would recommend this place overall.

Overall, a great experience! The condo was easy to find, easy to check in, had everything we needed, and a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to prep meals in the condo to avoid eating out, and being able to run back and forth between the condo and the beach. If you do opt to eat out, there are plenty of options walking distance! Our pup loved lounging on the porch, but note that dogs aren’t permitted on the beach at any time of year. Southern Belle (management company) was kind when we were able to reach them, but responses can be delayed and we never got through via phone call. The only trouble we had was with the front door(s). The front sliding door doesn’t lock (just a physical block), and the entrance doorknob and lock get stuck most of the time. We eventually were able to figure out a trick to unlocking the door to get to our pup inside. Southern Belle wasn’t responsive when we suggested a handyman.

Condo was a quick 2 min walk to beach access, clean and cozy, listing was dead on Accurate. Living room furniture could definitely use an upgrade but other than that I would stay here again. Thank you

My family absolutely loved this condo in Tybee island. So much so, we have booked again for next year. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Amazing condo.

Floors and furniture were filthy. Bed frame was busted, they came out next day and repaired. If I was the homeowner, i would be embarrassed and upset. For the property management, they should look closely at their cleaning crew unless they just dont care and only think of the money.

I loved the property. travel as a travel nursing it sure felt like home. I'd stay again for sure.

If you are looking for a great location for your family with everything in walking distance, look no further!! We walked everywhere once the car was parked that was it. Downtown is two blocks away, the beach is right there, it was great! This place was also perfectly sized for my husband, baby dog and I. Having two full bathrooms pretty large in size was also a plus! Look no further! Book here

Great space and location.

The place was a nice play to stay that was close to the beach. The pictures were all accurate.

We visited Tybee for Labor Day Weekend and have a great stay! The unit is a great size and well equipped. It was clean and set when we arrived. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The best part was the location - Super close to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and bars. Highly recommended!

Good location to the beach and restaurants. Loved the beach paint colors. Good floor plan and the washer and dryer was helpful. The management office quickly responded to our request for extra keys and were easy to work with. The floor needs to be cleaned before new guests arrive - the floor wasn't clean well; we had some gray on our socks the first night - before we had the chance to walk to the beach and bring in our own dirt. The 2nd bed that is not in the master bedroom needs a new mattress and sheets. We would stay again if that bed gets a new mattress!

Nice place, needed a few updates. We were there for the beach and really wasn’t bothered much by the needed updates. Few issues with cleaning but again nothing we couldn’t handle. Great location

The condo was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and all the furniture was nice and clean. It is in a nice area and you could walk to the main area of restaurants and shops easily. Very close to a beach entrance. The beach is gorgeous! Would definitely stay here again.

A very nice condo overall. However, the living room furniture is past needing attention. Slip covers would go a long way in disguising the dirt and rips. Upgrading the pots and pans would be most helpful for those of us who cook while on vacation.
