I know we’re not there to watch tv but it would be nice to have a better choice of channels on the colder evenings. So a more up to date tv like an internet one would be better with Netflix or Prime.

Good location for business purposes.

The water pressure was low, which effected the shower operation, reported to the managing agent who advised a repair was imminent.

Apartment was everything we needed, fully equipped including beach towels, centrally located, above a Sainsburys with free parking

Just a few minor irritations:- The sofa in the lounge was not comfy to sit on as the cushions kept sliding off The fan for the bathroom has a switch that is very hard to reach The fridge was very noisy

The apartment was modern and very comfortable in a great location. The car parking was a bonus. Would highly recommend and love to return one day.

We liked everything about the property and holiday.

We travelled as a family of four including a 16yr old girl and a 14yr old boy. This was a great location, situated right in the middle of the town centre of Poole. Parking was right behind the apartment in a multi storey car park, which was a two minute walk away. A parking pass was provided, although we didn't use the car at all all week. It was very easy to collect the keys as the office was next door to the main entrance. The apartment was situated within a modern accommodation block of flats, above a Sainsbury's local shop in the town centre. It was exceptionally clean and modern with all the utilities you would want, such as TV, WiFi, Dishwasher, Power Shower, Fridge/Freezer etc and even a complimentary bottle of wine. The beds were really, really comfortable and clean and there was no noise from inside the property at all. The harbour front and bars are literally on the doorstep of the apartment and the bus station is a 5-10 minute walk away.

It is worth noting that the apartment is situated right in the middle of the town centre and you will experience noise that you would expect from the local bars and restaurants and general town centre noise from early in the morning, although it didn't spoil our stay one bit, it may put some people off.

Admin/cleaning staff are very kind, efficient and helpful. Easy check in with free parking. Good security in building. Location, ~ near all shops, bars etc. Bus stops near by and boat tours. Spacious and very clean, including the public areas, with good quality linens and comfy beds. Very well equipped with a really nice welcome basket. Dishwasher and washer dryer in apartment, they supplied soap tablets for both. Plenty of cleaning materials. Plenty of cutlery and crockery. Generally couldn't fault it, it was lovely.

Great location; smooth check-in and check-out facility; very comfortable apartment enhanced by beach themed decor. Friendly and helpful team.
