La vue est magnifique et impressionnante! L'evironement est calme ! La plage du Datcha est juste en dessous du logement, avec des bars et des restaurants qui proposent des spécialité locaux! Le leader price est a deux minutes en voiture pour y faire les courses! Le petit déjeuner sur mesure etait un délice! L'hôte est a l'ecoute et remplis de bienveillance, il est riche de conseils notament sur les activités a faire! Propose meme de preter du materiel de snorkeling (masque et tubas).
Le logement est propre et bien équipé !
J'ai pu louer un canoë sur la plage de Datcha a kaya'kool (une équipe formidable!!!!) pour aller sur l'ilet du Gosier (ile paradisiaque)! J'ai mangé de fabuleux accras de morue et un excellent colombo de poulet chez yaya sur la plage 😋!
Un grand merci a cet Hôte d'une grande générosité!

Le prix abordable, le petit déjeuner inclus avec du choix (sucré, salé). Le mobilier est sympathique et Netflix à la tv. Un extérieur où se poser.
La rouille et la saleté sur les supports à savon et serviettes de bain.
La vue sur mer n'en est pas vraiment une . On voit à peine le paysage. La porte de la chambre ne se ferme pas. Les tapis sous le lien est trop long. Gene un peu la fermeture de la chambre.

Well equpied apartment just 2 minutes from the beach on foot. Also close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was included and delivered to the apartment. Great sea view and very kind host.
Bathroom could use some update. Still we would definitely return.

Pascal came to pick us up from the airports, which made our arrival effortless.
The appartment was amazing, clean and had everything we needed.
We were walking distance from the beach and cute beach restos.
The breakfast overlooking the ocean was a great time.

A very nice apartment with a splendid view over the bay. The host gave very good information for restaurants and local sights. The breakfast was very good, fresh fruit and French pastry every day. The location is really good and parking was usually easy to find.
The number of towels was limited but honestly we did not ask for more towels since we had brought some ourselves. The sleeping room at the upper floor is a bit warm since the air conditioning is downstairs. If you want to travel to the surrounding places it is important to know that there is no public transport on holidays and sundays, even taxis can be hard to come by, so better rent a car.

the owner said we only reserved for 2 persons, so we had to pay extra for the kids, even though I really had searched foor a place to say with 4. so the information through booking.com was not correct

Top floor apartment - view, balcony, open feeling, walking distance to everything (beach, bars, market, restos) but quiet and part of the town where local s live (not a touristy feeling). Pascal was an excellent host - uncomplicated, warm, helpful, generous, willing to chat and share a drink.
There was a slight leak above the outside room - immediately fixed by Pascale.

Very close to the beach in Le Gosier. Very friendly host. Facilities as described, very good breakfast.

Pascal waited for us with a bottle water and two cold beers. Just perfect, when we where on the road the whole day:)
In the morning we got our breakfast served on the terrace.
We spent just one night, but the apartment was equipped with everything we needed ( condiments, tea, coffee, sugar, soap, shampoo and oder products)
The distance to the beach is really short; 3-4 minutes walking. That the beach isn't the best from Guadeloupe is another thing, but you can swim to the island llet du Gosier

Breakfast was poor. We stayed together but breakfast was for one.
The price on the reservation was incorrect. Several surcharges of about 20 euros were added on site.
The interior was old and tired, there was no washing machine.

The location is fantastic (the view, beach) and the host is very accommodating and helps with all questions quickly and directly. I really appreciate that and fully recommend the accommodation.
