Preis Leistung war okay. Wenn man wenig zahlt, kann man keinen Luxus erwarten. Aber es war sauber, zentral und gut gelegen.

Es war extrem hellhörig. Zum Anfang der Saison ist es bestimmt schöner…

Nice, well equipped appartment with sunny balcony. Close to the beach and just a short walk to the city center. The staff was very helpfull.

I just missed some clothes lines on the balcony. But i´s just a small thing.

Unfortunately the Bed was not comfortable - it squeeked a lot and the Matress was quite uncomfortable. The Staff was also not very friendly. At arrival we were not shown or informed about the amenities. We had looked up, that the Whirlpool was supposed to be open, but it wasn’t. Only when I complained they opened it.

Before we arrived, we received a message from "Willa Joka" which began as follows: "Your vacation is our top priority... But what we experienced there was exactly the opposite. Even the reception was harsh and you should pay first. That was probably the highest priority of "Willa Joka". When paying it was claimed that we had not declared our baby when booking. Our objection and the submission of the booking confirmation from Booking.com were ignored and we were charged an additional 40 PLN. Only after intervention by booking. com we got the money back. But in the following way. The banknotes were held out to us with pointed fingers (pointing downwards at forehead level. Before the stuff talked harsh to us and pressured us to pick up the money immediately. Despite outside temperatures of a minimum of 7 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 16 degrees Celsius, there was no heating on the first day and for a short time the following evening. That's just with a small baby unacceptable and we often woke up at night because we were so cold.Regarding this deficiency. We were cheekily informed that we should contact Booking.com. The accommodation knew, however, that booking.com is not responsible for this, but that the "Willa Joka" as a contractual partner. The pictures of the accommodation and the descriptions have little to do with reality. The room we had did not have the specified features and was carelessly furnished. There are some old (formerly state-owned Polish hotels from the times of socialism) more charming.

The villa is very clean, the bed was comfortable and it is very close to the beach. The host was very helpful.

I am really happy about our stay in Villa Joka - our stay was comfortable, apartment was really clean and beach is literally 3min walk away! I also liked the possibility of making barbecue - it was nice to do that. I can only recommend it further - value for money is really good! 💜💜💜💜

I liked everything. This is just remark for an improvement: I would just love if there would be something prepared for kids - books, games etc or maybe something outside in the garden. But other than that all great :).
