The apartment is located close to the see with beautiful view on the see or garden and mountains. The owner is wonderful. She is very nice and caring. I felt like I was visiting my family. Highly recommend!!! I will come back there for sure :)

The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Terrace overlooking the large garden and swimming pool for guests. To the sea 300 m. Two bedrooms, air conditioning, mosquito nets in the windows, kitchenette, safe parking spaces. Contact with the owner hassle-free. A good place for a peaceful rest not only in the middle of the holiday season but also in May, June, September or October .. Thank you

We arrived rather late but the owner waited for us with the biggest smile, gave us the key and showed us the apartment. It is nice, cozy and spacious. Everything was great!

The owner was amazing. Gave us lifts to the supermarket, took us to the airport and have us homemade food. The apartment has everything we needed apart from a bread knife 😂. It's clean,very comfortable had air con. Large fridge freezer, pans knives ice cubes tray. Bed very comfortable. Pool is amazing. Quiet surroundings.

The only criticism is, I feel it should really be noted that you really do need a car. The resort is very quiet, only 2 restaurants within easy walking distance, no bars. The nearest next place is a 25 minutes walk and the nearest bus stop is 25 minutes walk. Also a parasol is much needed in the garden, so you can relax around the pool without always being in direct sun. Also it wasn't cleaned for the entire stay, not sure if lost in translation but could have done with the floor sweeping, have a broom in the room? We did get new towels when asked and was told to ask if needed anything, so maybe we just needed to ask.

Very friendly guests. The pool is perfect! Very clean and everything necessary is in the apartment. Very close to the beach.

An ovner is a frendly woman. House is clean and comfy. I been there with todler and baby bed was available. Outside huge play area for kids. Close is beach for kids and adults. And park for walking.

The kindest lady who runs the apartments, always going out her way to make you feel welcome. Our stay was the first night of a three week trip, what a way to start! Beautifully clean. Short walk from Bakery & Beach.

Top place, location perfect for families with kids, apartment spacious, clean, basic appliances, perfect host, Vesna is so nice, helpful... Best host i ever met. The pool is perfect, clean, maintained on daily basis. House is near the beach, everything you need in a walking distance. Very close (5min by foot) you have sandy beach perfect for kids, bar, kids playground and a huge resort with animations for kids. We are definitely coming again. 😉

Everything perfect, we only missed some outside hanging place, like barbeque place with table and chairs, so you can sit and eat outside and balconies would definitely need some umbrella because in the peak season it is impossible to sit on a balcony in the morning. Some additional pool laying chairs would be welcome. But in general perfect place with perfect owner. 😉

parking is not organized, the next property is empty... it doesn’t look good, Zaton is not nice with dog, we dont like :( Everyday we have to go to Vir to find better place / beach even to walk with dog is a problem in Zaton

We had a nice stay in Zaton. It was very close to Zadar and the salinas of Nin. Apartment was spacious and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay :) Vesna is soo welcoming & such a lovely host!! The Apartment provides everything u might need & is in a very quite area! But within a few minutes walk you'll be at the beach & within a 5min car drive you'll find everything food related- Supermarket, bakery, fish market,... Couldn't recommend it more!!

We spent a very nice moment in Croatie. Children were happy and didn't want to leave. We had the pool for us in the morning. Zaton Beach is closed by foot and Nin beach is 7 min by car. Beautifull beach for children. Our guest is an amazing personn and very helpfull. I recommend this place.

Even Though we arrived late the owner is waiting for us and welcome us.

A coffee machine doesn’t work. We wold like to ask to get a new one.
