Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Kitchen which you could use was very clean. Perfect location as you could walk to the main square in 5 mins.

The location was perfect, central to everything but not right in the middle of the noisy area. But most of all the staff were FABULOUS. Saul & Gunter were the perfect hosts. So friendly, so kind, so helpful, made our stay extra special. We will miss Baños!

I liked it enough the first time to rebook a second stay after a 2 day hike. When I checked in they had given the room I had reserved and got a room with no window. Not the end of the world, I can deal with that. But that night, the owner woke me up at 10pm saying he decided to go on a last minute vacation and I needed to pay him right now. What a lack of judgement and respect. No more drinking water for 1 day and a half

- the location - the decor - the rooftop terrace - breakfast was delicious - laundry service was fast and efficient - bikes rental available - nice staff

there's another hostel called "La Casa Amarilla" which is up in the hills (15-20 minute hike no cars allowed). We put that hostal on our GPS and ended up going all the way up there hiking with all our luggages just to be told we weren't at the right place ☹️ not the hostel's fault though, it was mine, but the names are very similar and we were told we were not the first one to make that mistake lol. I think the owner has both hostals and he was kind enough to give us a ride to the right hostel :)

we stayed on the ground floor and it was a little loud in the mornings with other guests making noise but not too much of a problem.

if you have a car and will like to park it in the garage, the latest you can go leave the car is 10pm. so if you plan on going out after 10pm you would either have to leave the car or leave the car in the streets.

The staff were really friendly - smiles and greetings every time we passed. Our breakfast was included and was very filling. The hostel itself was a short walk outside the main area, which we enjoyed. It was great value for money.

The bed frame was wooden and made a lot of noise when getting in and out of the bed. The hot water from the shower was very temperamental and often we would finish a shower with cold water. The hallway was quite echoey, every morning we were woken up by the staff/guests talking loudly. However, given the price, we were very happy with our stay.

Absolutely kind staff, clean place, good location. A modest accomodation that includes a kitchen at the second floor where you can cook your food, a private bathroom; upstairs you can enyoy a common area with nice view. Almost a quiet and calm place at night.

I booked a queen bed and a 107 m room for 25.20 that includes breakfast, as genius level 2, Booking.com explains I have free breakfast, but I am not sure it happened, in addition I received a twin bed in a small room, breakfast could be better, and It was very cold at night and I have no additional coat.
