Great Breakfast, location and amazing sun beds right on the beach.

The room was very small. The bed for our son was super small, not a true twin size bed.

Bad service. Unprofessional staff. Constantly interrupted by receptionists speaking to other guests. Throughout my stay. This just doesn't happen in top levels of hospitality. Ever. Asking for a towel on my way to the beach, bothered them. They tried to suggest I should take one from my room rather than simply providing a towel. Someone sweeping the floors decided to give me 'an advice' re my perfectly acceptable outfit . . . (no words) Extremely rude overall. I don't rate it

First and foremost, the staffs (from the reception manager Hesham who was very approachable and accommodating, to people at the restaurant/breakfast area especially Loannis & Amber who have been very fun to talk to and are excellent waiters/waitress), to the cleaning lady who cleaned our room at 404 (private pool) who did a very good job every single day. To each and everyone Kudos! Now to the details. We booked the Relax Suite with Private Pool. The room is spacious, with an indoor sofa and a sitting area by the pool. It has a mini fridge, a kettle and a complimentary water as well as coffee and teas (sugars). Cups, wine glasses and glasses are provided too. Toiletries, hairdryer, beach/pool towels and bathrobes are provided as well. They change the towels twice a day! Lights and air-condition/heater are operated by a smart digital thingy. Though you need to turn off the RGB icon or otherwise you’ll have flashes of lights in the night. Bed was huge though a little disappointed that we requested a double bed and we got two single beds that were put together, nevertheless it’s still comfy as well as the pillows. The hotel’s restaurant Anios is a very good place to have a meal. They make delicious food, kudos to the chefs! The hotel has a very good aesthetic though there was a leakage problem at the start of the season but they were able to fix it. So don’t be dismay with the hotel’s ratings, it’s actually a very very excellent hotel. WILL SURELY RECOMMEND. ☺️

Nothing. Seriously nothing. Because even with the disaster in the beginning of the season, they were able to fix it and I know for the next season this hotel will be spot on. 👌🏼

Amazing staff - wow they really looked after our little boy and it was so family friendly. We loved the loud music, being party dancing animals ourselves and with the location on the beach is perfect. Staff go above and beyond to make sure your happy - cleaners were brilliant and reception staff. Particularly the staff member yanni (Jonny). Thank you for making our breakfast times special and for helping us celebrate our anniversary, you made a friend out of us! And to Hasheem for making max laugh and for being so hospitable - I wish I knew everyone else’s names as they all deserve a massive thank you for making our holiday special! Would come back to you again next time we’re in Mykonos :)

A little expensive for food and drink and so having an all inclusive option would have been great or option for next time

The location was amazing, the staff were very friendly and it was spotlessly clean.

We paid for a sea view room with private pool which was lovely, the only issue was that it was very loud. The music from the bar is played all night and it did keep us awake, better sound proofing is needed foe those rooms considering the cost.

Beautiful modern place. We love our bedroom. Great service and beautiful beach.

The staff was really wonderful at this property and also the location was excellent as it was right by the beach. the beach beds were super and we really enjoyed our time at the beach. The kids really loved the breakfast.

we were not able to use our private pool for a few days due to a sewage issue that made the room and terrace smell badly and we could as a result also not use the beach for three days as all sewage was directly directed into the sea. The ceiling in the restaurant was dripping due to the private pools above. our room had two double beds together rather than one large bed as we requested and were promised. We had some minor issues with alarms and lighting but these were solved by the lovely staff. Overall we felt it was overpriced for what it was.
