the location is perfect - the breakfast is very poor

the room cost - family room with double bed and Sofa was very expensive comparing to other hotels in the same area

This is a delightful family run hotel where the staff go out of their way to accommodate you. I had asked for a room on the lower floor as I don't take lifts. However, the message had been lost and when I arrived I was on the top floor. The owner went out of his way to move me and even moved all my luggage himself. It is in a nice quiet area along this coast and at the end of a cul de sac, so no through traffic. There was a short walk to the beach and an excellent fish restaurant 5 minutes away. It was the end of season so it was not busy. I had been looking forward to the roof top bar but I don't think it was open and I didn't have time anyway.

I felt the hotel had probably 'seen better days'. Maybe as it was the end of the season, but it seemed a little tired and jaded. However, this did not diminish the hospitality of the family and the nice atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely and the general ambiance very good. I was on my own with family staying near by but felt very welcome and safe there.

Lovely family run hotel with a great roof top pool with pool bar. Great service, all staff were very helpful and even provided transport to and from the centre of Cesenatico. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit the area.

The hotel and rooms were excellent and the owners/staff were wonderful and very friendly.

The Hotel is literally a few steps from the Beach. Room is rather basic but very clean, and with a nice balcony.

Breakfast is rather basic, as well as the Room.

Bed a little to hard

Great staff, extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very at home right from day 1. The rooms were modern, with a balcony towards the pine forest / ocean. The rooftop pool was lovely - not huge but perfect, and never very full, since the beach was just 100m away. Rooftop cocktail bar was also a nice touch!
