This was just as expected.

It was a perfect home away from home. Very safe and quiet community. The condo was clean, inviting and had everything you could need/want to cook all meals. You can sit in the living room and/or bedroom (as well as the balconies) and listen to the ocean. The beach access is right there, so it was very easy to take the little to the beach . We had an excellent time and cannot wait to come back. Its the perfect place to checkout of everyday life/stress. Just what my soul needed. :)

We loved our stay! The convenience to the beach and pool unmatched! We spent so much time walking on the beach, our girls loved the tide pools, and the actual pool! The condo has everything you need for the week and helped us make lasting memories! I highly recommend Jenny’s place!!

We have already decided we want to come back next year! The property was easy to find and was in good condition! It was clean and just perfect for our vacation! We loved having our coffee on the screened porch and ending our day on the screened porch.

This was my family’s third year staying at Jenny’s home! We love the location, amenities, and close access to the beach. Atlantic Beach in general is our favorite place to travel and this rental makes it even more enjoyable.

We could not hope for a better owner. This condo was beautiful, very clean and very comfortable. I will be more than happy to continue rent it again. The owner, Mrs. Dempsey , is great to work with.

It was fine , needs a thorough deep cleaning. It was surface clean only. The coffee maker was especially dirty. I had to really scrub before using. Some of the dishes had some residue, maybe they had not been used over the winter. The showers, bottom of doorways and windows need thorough cleaning. The beds were comfortable and dining area and den area were nice. Great view and short walk to the lovely beach.

This was a great beach condo with lots of space & amazing ocean views from the patios and a quick walk to the ocean or pool.

Pro's: Fabulous view and quick access to the beach, saw dolphins almost every day. Condo was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, enough closet/dresser space. Convenient to Morehead City and Beaufort. Con's: Living spaces are small, bathrooms are small, balconies are small (4 chairs on main balcony, one chair on master balcony), small kitchen; overall would not be enough room for 6 adults.

We had such a great 4 night stay at Jenny’s condo. My 78 year old parents had been wanting to visit Beaufort and Atlantic Beach, and it was important that we stay oceanfront with not too many steps to the beach or the car. Also, my 14 year old son needed to have reliable WiFi to attend two days of online school. This condo was able to meet our needs and turned out to be the perfect spot for some special family time together. The Dunescape community is conveniently located close to grocery shopping and take-out restaurants in Atlantic Beach. The easy access to the beach and cleanliness of the well maintained facility was appreciated. The view from the two condo balconies is amazing, and we enjoyed just sitting and listening to the ocean each morning. The condo is not brand new, but it is thoughtfully furnished, clean, and comfortable. Jenny was a great host- always quickly responding to our messages. Check-in and check-out procedures were clear and simple. Covid precautions were taken seriously. Thanks for a wonderful fall break- it was one of the highlights of this unusual year! We’d love to come back again!

The property was at a good location and great views and sounds of the beach. The owner, Jenny was quick to reply to any questions I had. The pools were not open, and that was the one thing I had hoped for, but the weather was great for the most part and we enjoyed the beach. Would definitely book this place again in the future.

This was my family’s second time staying here and it was fabulous. The beach access and views are unparalleled. The property feels so homey and comfortable. We were just a short drive from all our favorite places. Jenny was very communicative and happy to help or answer any questions. This is a wonderful value and my family and I hope to book again next summer !

Solid property; typical of some other condos we've stayed in.

Great location with an amazing view from the balcony. Ran into a problem, and Jenny didn't hesitate to make things right. Parking was never a issue. Jenny was always quick to answer any questions that I had. I wouldn't hesitate to rent the unit again in the future. We enjoyed our vacation, and on the last day there while we were in the ocean three dolphins jumped out of the water about 50 yards away from us.

We booked this property one week prior to our stay due to the cancellation of a reservation we had held for several months through a different booking sight. This was one of the suggested properties provided and it was perfect for our needs. The condo was bright and well-equipped. It had an ocean view and we loved the screened in porch that looked over the dunes to the ocean. We had a three year old grandson with us and it was very child friendly and convenient to get to the beach and the pool. The property owner was very responsive and enabled us to get into the property on a last minute booking. We would definitely return to this property !

The weather was not very good related to the impending hurricane. The pool was locked on Tuesday as a precaution...the homeowner had no control over... Jenny kept us updated on evacuation and unfortunately we had to leave after 4 days...She responds quickly and efficiently. Unit is nice, clean and has a fully stocked kitchen. Great view and location. Wish some of the beachfront restaurants were fixed and open on the Atlantic. Great food and fun harborside though.

This property and neighborhood in general is very beautiful, perfectly located, and incredibly relaxing. My family and I especially loved the porch and the convenient beach access. All of our favorites in Atlantic Beach and Morehead City were very close. The only downside of this property at all was the sand we found in the beds upon our arrival; all the beds in the house found this to be the case. Besides that, and after some cleaning we did, our stay there was fantastic.

Property was outstanding. 4 of us plus a 14 mon. old. Plenty of room and beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Close to anything you would need for a weeks vacation. Plenty of great restaurants within 5 to 10 minute drive. Grocery store within a mile. Would highly recommend this villa for a nice peaceful week vacation.

Property manager was great to work with and answered all questions quickly. Easy beach access!! We were concerned about the construction going in but it was not an issue. The only downside was the air flow to the bedrooms and mattress in the front bedroom needs replacing.

We had a very pleasant visit. Our first floor unit had a wonderful view of the ocean and we were very close to the steps to the beach and were close to the pool as well. The construction workers working on other damaged units were very polite and helpful. A convenient and desirable rental!

Great location however the property was not clean and extremely outdated.

Our family of 6 just spent a wonderful time in this condo. Perfect place for our family to spend a week making memories. Condo was roomy and well kept. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The initial add for the condo states one bath, but there are 2 1/2 baths. One was a shower and one a tub and shower. The latter was a big help to my husband and I as we are older. Having an elevator to take you from the parking lot to the condo was a blessing since my husband is disabled. The 1st floor beach front allowed us to feel like we were on the beach at all times. The screened in porch was occupied by at least 2 of us all the time. Location was so convenient to delicious food, shopping, and lots of things to see. This is our 3rd vacation using VRBO and once again, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you Jenny, for sharing your condo with us. It has all the comforts of home.
