Horrível dão um código que não abre a porta depois ninguém atende o telemóvel tive que ir para um hotel porque ninguém atende as chamadas tentei anular não era reembolsável pior de sempre.

Hanno voluto la tassa di soggiorno in anticipo per 5 persone (che era quella indicata da Booking), nonostante 3 ospiti fossero bambini. Oltretutto è mancata un poco di cortesia nella comunicazione via email e whatsapp.

I saw some very bad reviews from customers, particularly the Mezzanine unit where we stayed. Had I seen these before booking I would not have booked this place. Having now reviewed those negative one star reviews, I find none of them currently valid. A lot of people complained about odors and dampness. Well not now and maybe the owner took action to prevent this. There was a dehumidifier in the unit- no smell and no mold that some reviews mentioned. There were complaints about the shower. One said there wasn’t a stopper to be able to use the bath tub. There is now. Again maybe the owner took action to the complaints. When I booked, I hoped to be in a unit where the granite wall intersects with the unit. So this unit has that. Very unique. This unit is tight, but there is a TV down stairs and another in the up stairs bedroom. The unit opens on a nice weed free grass area and the pool just a few feet away. The bedroom up stairs has a low ceiling, but the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen area was well equipped. Ok those negative reviews maybe were valid a while back, but it seems to me the owner takes auctions to improve the units. That is a very positive thing. Try walking late night through the streets. You will probably be alone after the Bo’s loads of tourists leave. You can imagine what it would be like 800 years ago.

Two things- better communication before arrival. A taxi can’t get in so you need to hull your luggage up hill to the unit. There needs to be a map or something to show how to get to the units. We took the wrong way hauling all of our luggage up a steep walkway. Later we found a much easier path not steep. Maybe warning the Mezzanine could be a concern for older people. I am 75 and found the steps up to the bedroom could be a problem for some. Also a warning that this unit doesn’t have a storage area for luggage. We had four suitcases and had them in every place that we could find including the table, which by the way is also tight. SECOND - Most of the reviews for this facility mentioned the owner/management get off on the wrong side of customers. HOW ? They send you a message the day before you arrive requiring a payment for the room tax to be paid by a bank transfer. That leaves a bad impression before we arrive. I paid over 500 euros in advance through a credit card, but now they are worried about 11 euros and tell you that must be paid by a bank transfer or they won’t send you the code to enter the property. They won’t accept a credit card and they won’t accept cash once you arrive at the property. This really upsets customers and probably invites negative reviews. It is like extortion pay the way they want for the small amount of the tax or you loose the money you paid for the unit. NO FLEXIBILITY. They have improved the property which is great, but this one thing needs to be corrected.

Apartamento en plena muralla de Óbidos. Cómodo para una corta estancia y bastante bien equipado. Aparcamiento cercano y gratuito un poco más abajo a 3 minutos. Un plus es la piscina con la que cuenta la instalación, ideal para un baño tras hacer turismo por el bonito pueblo de Óbidos.

Hemos echado en falta el microondas.

Sfeervolle studio, zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Alles was schoon. Zeer goede ligging in rustig en stil gedeelte van het verder bruisende centrum, mooi uitzicht uit de ramen! Fijn zwembad.

Zeer kleine verbeterpunten: wastafel is iets te ondiep waardoor de badkamervloer snel nat wordt en hevige geur uit geurstokjes bij binnenkomst.

the chair need to be changed for a small sofa. because to be comfortable we had to sit on the bed. not sufficient toilet paper some items on the list were missing

Very nice historical accommodation within the walls of obidos. All the facilities, bit outdated, but descend. Pack light since you need to carry your bags up the hill and you need to use the public parking outside the city walls.

Old building so quite humid, they do have dehumidifiers in every room to lower it which works to a certain level. A lot of menthol scent is used.

Bellissima posizione all’interno delle mura. Bella terrazza con piscinetta

Secondo me e’ più’ indicato per una coppia, non per 4 persone; oppure per una famiglia con bambini. Nota negativa riguarda il divano letto: l’apertura a molla delle gambe del letto, come una ghigliottina, mi ha quasi tranciato una falange. Notte insonne, purtroppo, per il dolore.
