The owner was very proactive with our requests and needs. Room was clean and warm.
Restaurant for breakfast is very nice but should have more choices and more food.

Great location close to train station, clean and very comfortable room with all amenities supplied.
Check-in process and detailed instructions to find the apartment were easy to follow.
Friendly hosts and great breakfast in cafe across the street. Recommend!

Cleanliness in the room was good.
The hype does not match reality. Photograph of the property is not where you are going to stay. We were taken further up the road than we expected to another ugly apartment building with tiny rooms. There were steps in the foyer up to the elevator which was an issue lugging heavy suitcases up. Breakfast is served over the road at a restaurant and was very poor, skimpy and pathetic choice of dry bread or a few old cereals. Croissants appeared at 7h50 which was too late as the Bernina train leaves at 8am. Staff seem nice until you require assistance then they become rude. Worst experience in 25 years of travelling in Europe.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, blisko dworca, pokój przestronny i bardzo czysty z widokiem na stację i Alpy, właściciele bardzo sympatyczni, cała obsługa hotelu jak i restauracji wspaniała, pyszne śniadania , bardzo dobra i przyjemna atmosfera. Zameldowaliśmy się bardzo późno , kontakt bardzo dobry , polecam, piękne miasteczko

Camera nuova e spaziosa. Letto comodissimo. Stanza bagno con doccia tutto nuovissimo. Colazione ottima al ristorante Merizzi praticamente accanto alla struttura. Posizione comodissima per chi come noi ha preso il mattino dopo il trenino rosso del bernina. Staff gentilissimo. Super consigliato

La posizione molto vicina alla stazione di trenino.
La persona che ci ha accolto non preparata e che non parlava l'italiano, casa fredda ,con programma di riscaldamento impostato per qualche ora la sera, con il vento che passava come è dove voleva perché l'isolamento mancava.
Difficile arrivare in casa ,visto che la signora non ci ha accompagnati.

Zentrale Lage in Tirano - das gesamte Umfeld war sehr ansprechend. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und das angeschlossene Restaurant sehr schmackhaft.
Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche übrig - man bekam alle denkbaren Kombinationen (Aufschnitt, Käse, Rührei etc.) zum vorhandenen Buffet.
Für unser Motorrad wurde ein Plätzlichen in der Tiefgarage gefunden (€ 10.- extra).
Parken kann zum Problem werden.

On 5th floor, elevator only until 4th floor, so had to carry luggage on stairs for 1 floor.

Perfect location and Alpine Grum Suite was lovely spaceous. AC made the heat stay outside.
On Sunday the breakfast was constantly missing something. Breakfast worked perfect on Saturday. Very early check out at 10.30 😬😔

the hostess and staff❤️ they were so helpful and warm and ”saved” us on 3 occasions in 12 hours! especially thanks to all your help when our daghter injured her head and yiu helpee with ice, medicak supplies and ran to the pharmacy to buy special bandaids!❤️❤️❤️🙏

Great location, wonderful breakfast and the host was amazign, couldn't do enough for us including letting us keep our hire car in a secure location whilst we spent the day on the Bernina Express train. Would highlt recommend this hotel, espcially if you are using the trainline, you can see it from your room and its the end of the line so not noisy.
Exceptional value for money for a pent house apartment.
It was hot when we visited Italy and all the doors and windows were closed when we arrived so the room took a while to cool down and for us to stop sweating, but this is very minor.

The location was great for taking the train and the Bernina Express bus. The room was comfortable and provided a kettle, spoons and mugs (as well as a coffee maker which we didn't try to use.)
I failed to read in the welcome message on Booking.com that there was not a hotel called Bernina Express Ecorooms and that you had to get a key from the restaurant Merizzi across the road so we had difficulty finding it. It would be better if that was made clear on the booking form and location.
Also there is nowhere secure to store luggage after you leave. We paid 8 Euros each to store luggage at the Tirano train station.
