The apartment was incredible. It felt very luxurious. The furniture looked new and the whole apartment was completely spotless. The kitchen had everything you could wish for including a microwave, oven, stove, fridge, plates, cutlery etc. The balcony looked very nice, like in a several star hotel. Everything was very clean and seemed honestly too good to be true. We were extremely positively surprised. There was a lot of storage room which we appreciated, as well as a hair dryer, iron board and iron, washing mashine, dishwasher, kettle etc etc etc. The wifi was stable, worked without problem with 3 people using it simultaneously. The hostess was accessible via whatsapp which was great. Truly incredible, especially for the price we paid.

Honestly everything was great. Maybe the neighbours who were a little noisy at times, but that's not the fault of the apartment owners. Don't have anything negative to say.

Ich war ein Monat lang zu Gast in diesem Appartement. Ein Pluspunkt ist die Tiefgarage, diese ist auch mit einem größerem Fahrzeug problemlos zu benutzen. Das Haus selbst ist neu und modern. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Putzfrau war sehr nett und kam wöchentlich zur Reinigung - wenn auch unangekündigt. Mir wurde nie Bescheid gegeben, wann sie kommt. Zwischen Samstag und Dienstag stand sie dann immer vor der Tür. Die Terasse bzw. Der "Innenhof" ist sehr schön gestaltet. Gutes Internet. Prinzipiell für einen Langzeitaufenthalt zu empfehlen. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

In diesen Stadtteil hört man den Fluglärm, aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Der Check Inn ist etwas umständlich. Prinzipiell ist eine Schlüsselbox vorhanden, jedoch muss man anrufen wenn man vor Ort ist und dann wird einem alles erklärt - ich gab meine Ankunftszeit an und trotzdem beantworte niemand meine Anrufe und ich stand mal 15min vor dem Appartement. Generell wurde mir nicht so schnell geantwortet, wenn ich etwas gebraucht habe. Kein Smart TV Ich war ein Monat zu Gast und auf Nachfrage wollte man mir nicht mehr als drei Klopapier Rollen zur Verfügung stellen - die Putzfrau war dann so nett und hat sie mir aufgefüllt. Jedoch bei dem Preis und bei einem Monat Aufenthalt, erwarte ich mir schon, dass günstige Verbrauchsmaterialien aufgefüllt werden und ich mich nicht selbst darum kümmern muss. Wenn jemand 3 Tage zu Gast ist, wird dieser auch nichts selbst kaufen müssen.

only “bad” thing i could think of is that the apartment had no cereal/soup bowl, the boyfriend had to have his breakfast cereal in the comically large bowl provided lol

The room was very clean and comfortable with a good location and facilities. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate. He reccomended some places for us to visit in the city and made our dinner reservation for us which was really appreciated. Closed parking area was very good. Overall I would recommend this place for an enjoyable stay in Sofia.

The neighborhood, though it’s quite central, is definitely not the best in Sofia.

Nice location on walking distance to the city centre. Clean stylish appartement and friendly hosts.

Although the apartment is nice, we missed a few handy supplies in the kitchen, like a basic cutting knife, a smaller sauce pan and frying pan. It was basic. Also in my personal opinion the bed is a bit on the soft side. Also be aware sometimes planes are flying over loud, but not often.
