Top notch service! The asset manager was phenomenal, very responsive and accommodating. We came with our baby and were given a pack & play with a comfy mattress per request. The location in Livnim is great, very close to hiking areas (like Nahal Amud), 10 mins from the beach (Sea of Galilee/Kineret) and less than 30 mins from Tiberias. I recommend hiking in the area and visit Ginosar kibbutz that is about 10-15 mins away, there's a nice beach and you can rent a boat for an hour to hang out on the Kineret. The place was clean and well equipped with a hot plate and utensils, Nespresso machine, mini fridge and microwave. They allow dogs which is a big yay!

The breakfast lady that was recommended by the cabin owners was rude and her negative attitude ruined a lot of our stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING BREAKFAST FROM BRORIA, it is overpriced and you better go get something in a nearby restaurant and have servers with nice attitude rather than interacting with a rude, impatient person. We booked breakfast with her a week in advance for 4 days and were were not happy with her service. The morning of, I sent her a message with our room number, and she did not remember we had ordered from her and instead of apologizing for forgetting she was mad at us for not remind her the day before! She said she will "try to provide breakfast at 9am" (she came around 9:20am). On the 2nd day, she came at 8:45am instead of 9am, we were out hiking still, so she yelled at us for not being in our cabin (even though we scheduled 9am). When we finished eating and I texted her she can pick up the tray, she did not come until the next day, because she "wasn't available" and expected us to just sit and wait in our cabin until she is ready to pick up the food (we are on vacation and had activities planned....) so we had to keep the leftovers and dirty dishes in the cabin until the next day. This happened again in the 3rd day, so I politely asked her to cancel the last day of breakfast, which she refused to do and said she will not pay us back the money (we were nice and paid her cash in advance for all 4 days)... At this point I texted the cabin asset manager and he talked to her, she still did not let us cancel and won't give us back the money, so we kept the breakfast. Breakfast itself was ok, way overpriced (160ILS for basic eggs, juice and cheese). Other things to consider- no shade in the yard or the pool, pool isn't heated, not stroller-friendly.

It’s kind of fine, but the pool is really small and not deep at all. It was a lot of cats and dogs which made impossible using mangal. And it’s only one mangal so if you book only one room, I guess you have to manage it with other people. it’s not the worse,but it was definitely not worth 400$ for one night.

15 min from everyting : Tveria (restaurants and other city stuff), Kinnereth (beaches), mountaian Arbel (hiking), product shop Amazing views like in iceland (in spring), very quiet place, a lot of green trees, comfortable barbeque zone. swimming pool, jacuzzi inside room and outside. pretty big and comfortable room, a lot of towels. also on my way i've found out that i can order breakfast (it is not written, but even you can choose between two otions. I've chosen breakfast from Anna, the breakfast was amazing, for me it was more then enough, fruits, salad, eggs, yogurt, cheese and other

a lot of cats, seems like they can kill for any food :-D for me it wasn't something important, but should notice that internet connection and wifi is not so fast there. but will you camme for surfing sites here? ;-)
