I love the hotel staff! they are so friendly and helpful. Levent was so helpful during our stay. the location is in a great area! surrounded by amazing restaurants and walking distance to shopping mall and grocery stores! even though we stayed in March and the weather was so cold but our room was so warm and cozy! overall great place to stay in Ankara! highly recommended!

There are very nice and friendly staffs at this hotel. Levent at the reception is exceptional. He was very helpful and accommodating. He spent 2 hours on the computer to help us with the booking of our tickets. The Location of the hotel is fantastic. It is very close to the U.S embassy and walking distance to all the nice cafes and restaurants.

The internet has not good quality

The hotel itself is a gem. The staff was extremely and genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The breakfasts were full and varied and the apartment, composed of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living room which were beautifully laid out, very well equipped, cosy and comfortable. The location is excellent, being in a quiet street but very close to a main shopping street with lots of trendy cafes, bars and restaurants very close-by and a short walk to the very trendy shopping area leading from the Kugulu park.

There were a couple of very minor signs of wear and tear in the particular room we stayed in which may have been why it was slightly cheaper than the others but this was no problem for us and did not detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Location is very central. Easy to get a taxi just in front of the hotel. City view was nice.

The hotel staff has changed our room to another type without consulting us. They've just told us that the mew room is bigger so more comfortable....Not nice to decide for your guests which room is better for them. Then, it turned out that the room we have initially booked was occupied and that is the real reason . We've managed to get a price difference by not paying for the breakfast. Another big fat minus to this hotel for a broken crib they brought for our son. The zipper on the side was broken and instead of fixing it themselves I was given a sewing kit. Floors can be cleaned better

Customer service was excellent. Mertjan, Levent and Haydar were always very helpful. Thank you. We will come again.

The staff were exceptional, the size of the apartment was very good, the inclusion of a washing machine was helpful, the location was great, ease of getting a taxi and the price!

Although the apartment had a kitchen, it had no kitchen uttensils. You had to request particular items. The staff were very happy to supply them but it was odd that an apartment with a kitchen didn't have these items automatically supplied. Otherwise, it was very well appointed.

They wrote your room is in high floor At the reservation site but unfortunately it was in first floor and was noisy and they said your room will have kitchen ware but it hadn’t at first and when i asked them for it, they gave me some broken and dirty kitchen ware
