A lot of flies, but no fly-repelling door system. Room was really warm, even though outside it was ok

The kids loved playing in the hay stack. Actually this is only meant for birthday parties, but we sneaked in.

There is no professional welcome. The owner is sort if nice, but very awkward. The cleaners seem to live on-site and stared at us weird. We felt like intruders the whole time.

The rooms were large and clean. Beds were fairly comfortable

We there was nothing really not to like.

The location was just across a field from Therme Erding. Parking is free at Therme Erding so we still drove but you could walk. It was an easy drive to the MUC airport. I didn’t realize when I booked the apartment it is on a farm. No animals but lots of hay and equipment. They had a cool hay barn and go karts for kids birthday parties, so neat. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. There are plenty of nice windows so although there is no AC, we slept well. The washer worked great and clothes dried fast on the deck. But because it’s on a farm there were lots of flies. Be careful to use the windows with the screens only! The Wi-Fi was broken the entire time we were there. Some gentleman came by to look at it but he didn’t look like he knew anything about technology. The only two staff we saw were him and one curmudgeon like gentleman who checked us in. Neither spoke English, which was fine but considering the setting I expected a friendly welcoming staff, oh well. The apartment itself was great though, lovely to have coffee, tea, honey stocked and fresh eggs for purchase. I would definitely return!

Wi-Fi did not work and was not fixed.

The shower drain didn't function very well.

Cozy, spacious, well equipped and in a very good position to go to the thermal baths. Nice atmosphere overall. Comfortable beds and rooms

The host did not speak English at all nor did try to really communicate with us in any other warm way, but apart from that there was no problem at all, everything was in place and easy to find.

Great location, good heating system. Very clean and tidy place. Everything you need for a family break. Close to the Therme Spa. Good playground for children.

Plenty of room for a group of 6.

TV in kitchen didn't work.
