Lodging is located in prime location. Opposite to jagamohan palace and well connected to all hot spots. Hotel staffs are polite and went extra mile based on request.

Karthik was very supportive and really liked his Hospitality. Has provided correct guidance wherever needed. The room was also clean enough, with good ventilation and light.

The size of the Room should be big, as it was found congested for 2 people and 1 child. At least enough drinking water should be provided, only 1Ltr per night stay is not quite enough. A hot water facility is available for 24*7 but water was not available when needed like during bath, which results in delay of further activities.

Location was good.

The room was very small according to the money we are paying and also there was no view from the room.

The rooms were neat & clean and the location to main shopping Centres was walkable distance. The owner did provide a room for early checkin to accommodate our luggage and to get ready quickly.

There was complementary water but no coffee tea. The staff looked more bothered about getting their payment for rooms and were always rushing. The rooms are a bit suffocating due to poor ventilation.

Lift does not work on DG and there were frequent power cuts. No dedicated parking and it was too difficult to find a space in the road as it was fully occupied most of the time. This was a serious concern for me as I have an expensive car and not safe in narrow public road. TV was useless as it does not work on DG and only kannada channels. Bare minimum some kids channels are expected. Free wifi is also not that effective as does not work on DG and too much power cut. They provided local mineral water even though Bisleri was there, did not check customer's choice. TV remote was missing in one of the rooms and no channels were streaming. They did not attend the issue even after reporting the same and checked the next day when it was raised again and did not fix. Comparatively very small room and the furnishing was average. Damaged bed sheets were provided.

1. They allowed me to pay at the hotel. Didn't force me to pay before check-in. 2. Provided toothbrush, paste, shampoo, moisturizer and soap. 3) Towel and extra blankets were provided by the hotel.

We were four people and stayed in room no. 204 and 205 Non- AC rooms. 1) Fan Regulator was not working properly for room 204.

Location was good. Staff behaviour was average.

Room amenities, linen, hot water facilities were bad.
