Amazing location and view!!! Very well maintained property.

Beautiful maisonette with a balcony that leads to the beach. Watching the sunrise from bed speaks for itself. The owner recommended a breakfast delivery service (Café Angelo).

Hot water was not working for one day due to technical problem.

Location with a superb view, clean room, very kind staff, thanks to Mr. Tasos for his kindness. We will return with great pleasure to Tolo!

The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient and responsive. The mosquito mesh on doors and windows is great. The awnings are powered and easy to use, so the balcony can be occupied even in the hottest parts of the day. The cleaners were effective; fresh linen and towels were always provided. We arrived early and the team registered us straightaway as the room was available ( Doesn't happen in lots of places).

The provision of crockery etc was a little idiosyncratic, but that's a minor issue in the wider picture. I personally like Al Jazeera English for global news on the TV but BBC World was fine.

Nice view directly Above the beach and sea! Just the room was a little bit small and when a lot of kids cry the sound is well heared. Very good hosts. The hotel is practical to do aktivities lime surfing paddeling..can be borrowed freely at the beach from the hotel. View was amazing when waking up. Beds are very good.

Location was amazing. Walking distance to harbour and restaurants. Possibility to rent beach beds and order nice cappuccino fredo. Super friendly staff.

(This did not come as a surprise). Room was a little small to place 2 suitcases.

Perfect rooms clean and comfortable Great sea view

Just perfect. Centrally located in cozy Tolo, very kindly host, beautiful apartment with great view, nice welcome gift, good beds ... The apartment is located on the beach and you can enjoy free sunbeds next to the apartment. You can have breakfast nearby, but we preferred breakfast on our own terrace so that we could enjoy the view even more. You will find a nice bakery (and all you need) within walking distance. Parking is not provided, but parking was easy in the area, we even had space right next to the apartment.

The view outside the window is very nice, both at night with the island lit up, as well as in the morning. The host also recommended a really nice restaurant (Maria's) that's right next to the hotel, the food was great.

The room was seriously too small for 5 people. Also, it feels like everything is made super cheap - for instance, the spoons were literally tin.

We were in early February. Warming up with the help of an air conditioner, the room warmed up quickly. The windows face south, the sun will shine there all day, but there are roller shutters. Stunning sunrise view! The kitchen has everything you need.

The maisonette is on the beach! You sleep with the sound of the 2aves. The kitchenette is very useful and the host was very welcoming, flexible and helpful. We enjoyed the rose bottle of wine. Fast internet was great.

We would have appreciated a bigger indoor and outdoor dining table for a family of 5, but still ate several meals thanks to the available facilities.

Location on the beach and view were amazing. The owner/manager was very welcoming, extremely nice and super helpful! Highly recommend this hotel! We could walk out of the room onto the beach! Incredible sunrise.

Everything was perfect, location, host, clean rooms, sun beds free of charge. Super !!

- all the rooms have sea view - the hotel is located right on the waterfront - doesn't have a parking place but you find plenty places on the street - the staff is very friendly - you have free sunbeds -good wifi -excellent value for money
