Clean and nicely updated. Great location and bonus that a parking spot was made available with the rental. The unit above us was being rented by a large family with a lot of kids and the noise level was a bit much for me, but overall, we had a nice stay.

Sandy was wonderful. Responded promptly and rectified minor things she didn’t know about immediately. Clean, comfortable, beach themed. Close to beach. Relaxing. Would come again. Close to so much. Thanks Sandy!

This place is right by the boardwalk. 2 houses away. Parking is taken care of by owner. This house is far enough from the casinos so you don’t have to hear the riff raff while sleeping, but it is close enough you can walk to. Overall great stay, would book again.

My fiancé and myself spent the weekend here and she unfortunately had to study during the trip for medical school which required internet connection which unfortunately didn't work. But Sandy helped us connect with the neighbors across the street and saved our vacation since this was a must! Only downside was the bathtub was slightly clogged and drained slowly but overall an amazing manager who did everything in her power to make sure we had all we need. If we ever come back to AC would love to revisit her location. Thank you again Sandy 🙏🏽

The apartment is a 5 minute walk at most to the edge of the ocean. There was more than enough room for my wife and I. We didn't eat in the apartment so I can't comment on the cooking facilities but it was great having beach chairs and towels pr

Small apartment with low ceilings, but what a great spot! We were here for a concert, this was an easy 1.5 mile walk to the beach venue. Apartment is well appointed & clean, lovely backyard with space for gathering, and just a few steps from the beach. Fantastic communication with the owner as well. I certainly recommend!

The host was terrific as was her associate. The location is terrific and the apartment was supplied with everything. AAA+++

This was a great place for our family of four. We felt safe and it had all the amenities we could have asked for. I loved the size of the kitchen and having a dedicated parking spot.

This was a nice place but the couch was broken in the front room where you watch tv. There was no replacement and no one said anythjng either. The biggest and most awful issue is the renters upstairs. They were so loud all night screaming and stomping and music till 4am. We were unable to sleep. We contacted the keener and property manager with no reply. So frustrating because we couldn’t sleep due to the noise. Our first booking was great with Sandy but this one want. We left early due to the noise being so loud.

Clean and updated apartment Roomy. Comfortable. 3 houses away from the beautiful Jersey shore. Equipped with everything needed for the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook.

Owner was fantastic in her communication. Met me at the property. Apartment was immaculate, had everything I needed. Literally steps from the beach. Best experience ever! Will definitely go back and they own other properties too.

First I want to start off by saying how great Sandy was in helping me book the apartment for the weekend and was very prompt in answering any questions I had. We loved that we had access to our own back patio and grill! Very kid friendly! They had a shower outside to clean off the sand before going into apartment (optional). The beds were very comfortable, the place had everything you needed from soap, plates, utensils, paper towel ect. It was literally three houses down from the boardwalk to enter into beach! Amazing view! My family and I were very impressed we will be visiting again!

Neat, clean and cozy for a short stay. Had all you needed while away from home. We tried to leave it in the same condition as presented. Close to everything and we explored all over the area. Even saw lucy in margate. I would be interested in seeing g some larger places in the Chesea/Ventnor area. Beach/boardwalk block would be great. Jeanette & Fred

A great location at a great price. Sandy is a wonderful person and keeps the house in good order for guests. House is gigantic and very comfortable. Great views from deck. Everything in working order and would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful time in AC on a recent trip with my daughter to see Fleetwood Mac. Sandy’s Little basement apartment wasn’t so little & was decorated quite nicely. Although we did not cook there it appeared to be stocked with everything. I wish the beautiful weather would have held out so we could enjoy the beach for awhile. Sandy as very gracious in the way she handled a particularly heavy footed group upstairs. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The home was perfect for our long weekend stay. The home has everything you could possibly need. The home was very clean with fresh linen. The bed is also very, very comfortable! It is in a perfect location, very safe and quiet. Sandy is very easy to work with and it was so nice to meet her the day we were checking out. She was so kind to take a couple photo's of my husband and me by the boardwalk before we left. We will definitely be back!

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay in this perfect little apartment! Sandy is truly the most wonderful hostess, and has thought of everything you could possibly need for an easy, relaxing getaway. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk truly can't be beat, and the small grass park at the end of the block is the perfect place for our active boys to run and play. We were here for the marathon, and found it extremely convenient to have a well equipped kitchen where my husband could prep his meals. There was plenty of room for our family of four, and even room enough to invite grandparents and cousins over for dinner comfortably. The property was immaculate, and the fact that linens, cleaning items, and paper products were already provided made it super easy to enjoy a nice weekend with very little stress and planning on our end. We have rented other properties from Sandy in the past, and will continue to do so for years to come. She is wonderful to work with, and we can't wait to sign up for the Atlantic City race series again next year so we can enjoy another beautiful fall weekend at the shore.

The rental is literally 3 houses from the boardwalk and beach. Sandy was a wonderful hostess and great to work with. She thought of everything from the binders of local interests to emenities like soaps and detergent to coffee and tea. I highly recommend this rental not just because of it's charm but also because of the wonderful hostess Sandy is. Thank you!

This is a very nice one floor, one bedroom apartment. The owner is very nice and easy to deal with.

Sandy was an amazingly thoughtful host, accommodating our every need! The rental was extremely clean and spacious for our family's needs! The location is perfect for little ones that need to nap! Outdoor shower so helpful with kids! Most, if not all, basic needs were supplied already, i.e. paper products and housewares. We had a fantastic visit and will be going back very soon!
