Todos os funcionários do hotel foram extremamente gentis durante toda a estadia e atenderam todos os nossos pedidos, com a maior boa vontade. O hotel, mesmo sendo no meio do deserto, onde as ruas são de terra, era muito limpo!

Nos dias que os passeios eram muito cedo e precisávamos sair. antes do horário do café da manhã, o hotel disponibilizava um kit para levarmos. Achei isso uma gentiliza, porque não tinham a obrigação em fazer. Só senti falta de deixarem um café a disposição, para nós mesmos podermos preparar.

Casa Algarrobo was pretty great! The breakfast is good, the room was not huge, but the bed is comfortable and the bathroom was really spacious. The shower had hot water. They prepared some snacks when we had tours very early in the morning, which was great! By a 10 minute walking we could reach the city center.

Hotel staff was very kind and helpful (thanks Mr. Carlos and Sofia!) Clean rooms, good heating in the room, comfortable bed and good shower. Loved the view of Licancabur from the terrace.

Overall I found Casa Algarrobo a good hotel. Room and bathroom were nice, the staff was very helpful, breakfast was okay.

Sometimes it was difficult to communicate in English. The hotel is 10-15 minutes walking from the main street in S.Pedro.

Just on the outskirts of town, which was nice because it was not busy/loud and only about a 10min walk in.

The hotel is not super close to the center of the city, but it only takes 5,7 minutes walking. The streets are not crowded on the way, but I felt very safe and I walked alone most of the times. The room was super clean and comfortable. The shower has a trick, you have to turn on the sink faucet along with the shower to get hot, but it was no big deal and works perfectly. They always look for you during the afternoon/night to understand your schedule, because the breakfast starts at 7h45, so if you leave earlier they will set a snack for you with sandwich, yogurt and juice. The breakfast is really good, and they can set eggs if you ask. In general I had a very good time on the hotel and I would recommend :) staff is very kind and attentive and they have a cute dog <3

The wi-fi does not work on the rooms, only in the reception and in the breakfast area. That's the only point I didn't like, because if you need to speak to someone you need to stay out of the room.

Great location, well set up and staff were great. The walk into town is not far at all, quite pleasant. The nearby bakery is amazing too, make sure to swing by!

Sophie the manageress speaks English and is very helpful. The rest area and swimming pool is very appealing on cool moonlight evenings.

Wish there had been some restaurants near the hotel.

The property has a nice vibe and decor. The double room was comfortable. The pool area was amazing, and the roof top terrace was a bonus. The included breakfast was nothing special, but it was definitely a positive experience. The staff are willing to help and easily approachable. There is an amazing little restaurant around the corner where you get an entre, main and 2 sides for $5000 CL. A great bonus considering the exponential prices in Chile.

Although I personally didn’t mind, the walk into town will bother some. It is about 10 mins and you obviously get dusty as cars drive past. The wifi can be patchy. It is generally pretty good.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff.

Often when we needed to speak to a receptionist there was no member of staff there, we had to ring the bell for attention at the reception several times yet still no one came, making it very difficult to speak with staff. The room became very hot overnight but there was no air con in the room

We were butally required to leave the dinner room as it was fully booked by a group of other guests.

such friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was great and they assisted with a snack when we left for very early morning tours. The terrace is lovely and the entire place is very clean.

Our room was a little small (although the bathroom was big) but we did book the economy room so it was still excellent value.

Great Staff, very available and welcoming. The location is slightly away from the city centre but very accessible. Easy to park the car in the hotel. The swimming pool is a nice way to relax after the desert expeditions.
