Had a great weekend with some friends. The place was perfect and fit us perfectly. It was clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed. Would be great to have 2 more regular chairs for the table but we made the stools work. Thank you for the prompt response to any questions.

We booked this stay under the impression we would have access to the amenities. We had no access to pools or the lake. Property owners only. The description has nothing saying you cannot use the amenities. It does however have pictures of the lake and pools and fun activities for the family in which we expected to use. It was me and my wife’s anniversary and well let’s just say it was very disappointing to keep trying to go to certain places and getting turned away. Absolutely disappointed. The electric periodically flickered. The townhome was not cleaned properly. Some of the furniture was literally falling apart. Do NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY

Cute little spot. There were issues with electricity on a couple nights which were out of everyone's control. The owners handled the situation very quickly and kept us in the loop as much as they could. The home had everything we needed for our stay and there were plenty of places to go nearby for entertainment. We enjoyed our time and would definitely come back. So far, one of the best VRBO we've ever stayed at okay.

Overall a lovely place to stay. Would return. A problem with the deck door automatically locking. Should be a notice stating that. One night was a tad bit warm indoors, so decided to turn AC on but it would not stay on. Should have a repair person look into. Again, would return. The home was just as Advertised. It is an exceptional home in a perfect location. Our stay was a short 2 nights in the spring months, so I cannot comment on the winter accessories. However it’s location to the ski slope transport shuttle was within walking distance. There was a nice tree over the front door area that dropped abundance of little pink flowers that needed to be swept twice a day. It gave me something to do for exercise as well as a diligence duty to clean the floor even though we took our shoes off. The Home did show minor signs of wear, but everything was working in this considerable executive home setting. There was a dehumidifier downstairs that the owner asked to leave it running. I suggest it could be put on a timer as to turn off at night. Due to it can be a bit loud for sleeping in the lower bedroom. This is a rather minor item considering the cost and caliber of the property. I would recommend this home to anyone. You will be glad you made this selection. Note: I have still not received my deposit back at the time of this review.

Property was as advertised. Clean and well appointed. The king size bed was very comfortable. The wifi connection was great.

The condo is at Wintergreen ski resort but still very remote and quiet. It was a perfect long weekend get away to unwind and relax and for skiing. The condo was clean and so cozy will def. by going back next year!!!!

Second time staying at Wintergreen. This condo is well furnished and decorated. We loved that it had 3 floors. The listing says no wifi but there was and my college aged kids were able to do their online work. I was pleasantly surprised how well furnished it was with even toilet paper, paper towels, hairdryer etc. Some may have been left over from other occupants. It had a toaster oven but not a toaster. Overall it was pretty clean. The only reason why I gave a 3 for cleanliness was when my son laid back in the recliner it was obvious it had not been cleaned underneath. There was also some gross orange stuff in the basket that was under the bathroom sink. We wished we had chosen something a bit closer to slopes but that is just a preference. We booked from Thursday to Sunday. I called and asked owner if we could move to Friday through Monday and was told no because their daughter goes there on Sunday for ski class. I would have thought with it not being rented out they would have been able to accommodate my request. Overall I give a 4 out of 5.

The views was amazing and the location was perfect!

We loved our visit to Wintergreen. The place was prefect for our little family. My teenage daughter loved the loft. The home was cozy and comfortable. We got to enjoy the indoor pool and fitness center on the property along with the restaurants. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay but there were some things that I want to mention so it’s brought to the owners attention. The beds aren’t very comfortable. We slept downstairs and our backs hurt every morning after tossing and turning but it was far more comfortable than the other options. The baseboard heaters in the bedroom were loud as well. The upstairs was clean and bedroom was clean but the downstairs bathroom could’ve used some work. There was cobwebs in the corner of the shower and the ladder shelf were the towels were stored were dirty, as well as the windowsill above the sink. The carpets felt damp. Not sure why. Tv had maybe a handful of working channels but there were dvds and it was a nice selection. I had to unload the dishwasher upon arrival because the previous guests dishes were still in there. The porch off the living room was covered in leaves and it was more than just a days worth. The firewood provided was damp, so no fire, which was a selling point on this particular rental because we really wanted a cozy fire. I know that sounds like a lot of complaining but despite those issues we love the area and would stay again. Just some minor things that are easily fixable.

We decided to book this townhouse for the weekend since my husband was working an all day event at Devil's Backbone Brewery Saturday. This townhouse was located conveniently close to the brewery, and it was a beautiful trip to and from. The townhouse was super cozy & clean. Our bed (master) was very comfortable, and our family said the same about the other beds. We enjoyed it so much that we are already talking about booking another long weekend here, so we can go back and enjoy the cozy townhouse a bit more. I highly recommend staying here!

This town house is so cute, well decorated and clean. We really enjoyed our stay despite the misty rain clouds all weekend which kept the plunge and the chairlift from opening. The owners were helpful in Recommending local places to eat.

The property was as promised and the owner/manager responded quickly to any questions. It states no wi-fi but we noticed almost all the surrounding properties had it. That would be a nice addition as well as, perhaps, a better TV. It would also be nice to have some kind of drawers (in the closet?) in the first floor bedroom. But otherwise it was well equipped and maintained. We loved the back deck w/table. A great place to visit, eat, and enjoy nature.

Very clean and comfortable house! The area is beautiful and we enjoyed cooler mountain air, family hikes, and the lake.

Had a really great girls weekend. The condo was clean and cozy. A perfect place for a base to stay and then go explore the area.

Not only we went to the few hiking trails around the resort, but also enjoyed evenings on the property’s specious porch. Place has an amazing view. We came in the spring, but checked out ski slope in walking distance from there and most likely would come back in the winter.

My husband, 6 yr old son and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for a family of three. My husband and I stayed downstairs in the en suite bedroom. And my son stayed up in the loft. He felt a huge sense of freedom. While it is walkable to the slopes doing so and ski boots is a bit of a hike. You can take a short cut through Mountain inn if you want to try. The layout was fun, clean and inviting. I still felt like I was part of the fam while I was I was in the kitchen since it’s so open. The one thing I wish we had was WiFi. We got by using hotspots but my lil guy needed some down time (as did mommy & daddy) after skiing and it was a challenge to watch Netflix etc. I will say however there are lots of channels on the tv.We would stay here again!

We visited for a long weekend. The condo was nicely appointed and just a few blocks from the ski slopes. Location was quiet and there was plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable and the water pressure was awesome! We loved the multiple levels and the kids especially loved the loft. The absence of wi-fi allowed us to unplug and enjoy family time. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. Nice, comfortable place. We will be back!

Accommodations were great! It was clean, updated, and I loved the large master on the bottom floor. Conveniently located as the kids walked back and forth to the slopes.

The condo is comfortable and in easy walking distance to local Wintergreen attractions. Loved using the fireplace, wood was plentiful and located just outside the condo! The space was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a girls weekend,

House was very clean and suited our needs for a great get-a-way weekend.

Experience through VRBO was fine. No problems w entering the property. A few issues w receptacles, baseboard heat & cleaning but the owners did a good job w decor. Great mattresses!

The home was small but clean and pleasant and certainly adequate for our needs. There was very limited cell coverage in the area and no wifi, so making plans and reservations was problematic. Also, don’t be fooled by the reasonable price listed because once you add in all of the fees and mandatory security deposit the price was nearly double what was listed.

Ample room,comfortable beds. Pleasantly surprised to find many paper and cleaning products already there. The neighbors were fantastic. The downside was that the neighborhood pool was NOT available to renters and we were specifically looking for a place with a pool. Disappointed that we did not get to enjoy any pool time and felt we should have been informed that the pool was not going to be available to renters. Otherwise,the condo was as expected and in a very convenient location inside Wintergreen.

We had a great week but unfortunately restaurants and activities at resort were closed due to Covid 19. The house was perfect for what we wanted, a quiet place in the mountains. Hiking was excellent and great breweries nearby. Thank you!

The location (Wintergreen) was great for a 3 generation family retreat: there was something for everyone (horseback riding, hiking, lake swimming, wineries, towns), although it is a 20 minute drive down the mountain for many activities. People wear masks and keep distance on trails outside. The home was nice, fairly clean, well stocked, comfortable beds. The issues: insects (spiders on stairs, other creepy crawlies including a roach), it was very humid / damp in the downstairs bedroom, and on the first weekend we had quite noisy neighbors with thin walls upstairs. Visitors also are not allowed access to the public pools without the owners present -- we asked in advance and decided to chance it. Lake Monocan was a treat but it does cost extra. The owner was very responsive and helpful. It was well stocked with games, etc.. All that said, it was a good price and we made priceless memories. Solid budget option.
