perfect for our family

You simply cannot find a better set up! Easy walk to Main Street for shopping and dining. Access to the gondola to start your day in Breck and then a sweet ski home to end. The house is fantastic! Super clean, plenty of space for all to spread out and lounge after a long day on the mountain. The boot warmers saved us! Don’t know how to get those ski boots on without them being warm!! We would absolutely return!!

The house was pretty nice with a good setup for our group of two families. Parents each got a king bed and bathroom and kids in the bunk room. Not having to share bathrooms with other family or kids was great! The garage was great to be able to get ready to ski as well as hang out. Much better use of the garage than just parking vehicles in there. The location was good. We walked to town several times even in the snow. Skied right back to the house when we were done skiing for the day. Great place and great host!

Our 2 families enjoyed our trip to Breckenridge the week after New Years. The location was perfect with a close walk to the gondola and easy access to ski home on the 4 o’clock. Quick walk to downtown - loved being able to park our cars at the house and not deal with the parking in town. We enjoyed the hot tub at Mountain Thunder and the reciprocal amenities of pool area and bowling at One Ski Hill. At the house, the bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We loved having the garage as a play area and a perfect place to keep all the winter gear.

we enjoyed this lovely home very much. There were many special touches which helped make our stay wonderful. The garage area is priceless. I do want to say that getting to the gondola is not simply skiing over but a good long walk through steps and the tunnel to get there. We found it much easier to drive and drop each other off at the gondola. Skiing home was a breeze. The only other negative is that some attention needs to be given to dusting the blinds and corners and such of the house. Other than that it was sparkly clean, convenient, cozy and well-maintained.

Excellent for a mix of skiers and one who preferred the comfort of the place deferring to her late 70s😊

Excellent property with a superb location for both mountain and downtown access. Plenty of room for two families and the pool is very nice.

Beautiful home, clean and comfortable. Great location. Wonderful amenities (loved the boot/glove dryer!), including the pool & hot tub. Owner and property manager could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone making a trip to Breckenridge.

House was very clean and in a perfect location for our family of five. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.

We had a magical weekend skiing at Mountain Thunder lodge with our family. We had kids ages 8-19 and our sister/brother in-law join us and we all fit perfectly in this townhouse. The layout, cleanliness and overall comfort of the place made it feel like home. The garage that was converted to ski locker room and hang out area was amazing!!! We could take our boots and skiis off, keep them organized and they never set foot inside the housel Brilliant! Not only is the layout of the townhouse so condusive to a large group, but the location could not be better. We ski'd IN on the Gondola Ski Back from 4 O'Clock and literally came off the run and walked 30 seconds to the garage. We opted to take the shuttle to Peak 9 since we had some beginner skiers looking to learn on those easier greens. City Market is a 2 minute drive and our teenagers walked to town after skiing. Everything is literally right there. Thank you for sharing your place with us, Steve, you were so helpful and you have a very special place. We hope to be back next year!!

Our group loved staying at this property! It was in a convenient location for virtually everything. Ski in on the lower 4 o'clock run /ski out to the gondola and hit peaks 7 & 8 with ease. The place was comfortable, nicely appointed, and so beautiful. We highly recommend staying here, it had everything we needed.

What can I say - loved *everything* about this townhome. This is truly the perfect location in Breck - walking distance to the gondola (even my 9 year-old walked to the gondola in ski boots and only complained a little ;)), and walking distance to downtown. The home is beautiful. SUPER clean - I feel like there are usually dust bunnies and such in rental properties, but not this one - it was spotless! Also appreciated there was a pack n' play and high chair for our infant (we did bring our own sheet for the crib). Perfect kitchen to cook in with all the little appliances you would need (toaster, slow cooker, all the pot and pans, a blender, etc.), and the spice cabinet was stocked with spices/salt/pepper so I did not need to buy them at the store. Either the cleaning service or the management company left complementary coffee grounds for about 2-3 days worth of coffee (for one person) next to the coffee machine, so I was also very impressed and grateful for that nice touch. The rec room in the garage is nicely put together - also very clean and comfortable, and everyone loved the ping pong table. There are TVs in every room, so if you need a break, there is space to get away and relax with a tv in your bedroom. Outside there is enough room in the driveway for 2-3 large cars, and it is so nice to have just a few stairs to walk up after a long day on the slopes. I cannot say enough good things about this home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will be back!

This is our second time in this unit. Once again the perfect location to hiking, town and especially the pool. The special secret to this rental is the garage made into a rec room. The kids would meet there in the morning while their parents slept. Of course with Grandma's supervision. A very special place for our family.

We arrived during a perfect Fall weekend. Aspen were turning gold everywhere and the skies were clear of smoke from CA. Loved staying in the condo ... the property mgmt group made it super easy. Truly memorable visit!

The condo, location, and amenities were awesome! Our family of 5 had a wonderful vacation. Shuttle was super convenient, and location was very close to 2 lifts. You could walk to town, but it was way too cold for us.

We had an excellent experience! The home was as pictured online. We really appreciated the ski in that was so easy!
