Very clean & comfortable. Adjoining the club so easy for meals. Plenty of parking.
Unfortunately they had run out of soap so had to use the liquid dispenser in the shower.

Everything from the friendly helpful staff on arrival to the easy access to the club for dinner was great! The value for money on the room was incredible, couldn’t recommend enough staying here.

Staff we dealt with were all very friendly and personable. Room, couldn't fault it and the location was awesome. Can't beat having West's Tamworth attached for a great feed and some relaxing beverages.

Beautiful motel, comfiest bedding I have ever experienced. Clean, friendly staff, attached to West Club and so is very conveniently placed.

Location was key for our trip and it was perfect. Rooms are always excellent and the team at The Mercure are friendly and welcoming.
Our door went flat which prevented us from being able to access our room with the room key.
In saying this, the issue was dealt with prompting and the team were very apologetic and quick to resolve it.
Unfortunately when nearly everything is electronic these things are bound to happen. Could not fault the team though they were brilliant.

Being connected to the West it had things to do outside of the room. Gym & pool area was great and open till 9:30 which gave me time to get settled in after a long day of travelling

Lacked peppermint tea bags. Only one comfy chair. Two occupants needs to have two comfy chairs.

Great location, loved that we could eat breakfast and dinner at the property. Staff went above and beyond, always cheerful and friendly. Nothing was a problem even organised a late check out at last minute, definitely stay again.
Nothing that we didn't like, apart from us not having the time to use the gym.
