enjoyed our stay here! the place felt very safe and the staff were so lovely always welcoming us back and forth. good breakfast! close to big malls. would recommend for a short stay before our flight.

The staff of the hotel is very nice and friendly. The hotel offers free pick up and drop off at the airport.

The hotel is located 30min walking away from the city center, so you will need to spend some time getting there. Sometimes tricycles will ask high prices to go from the hotel to the city center and vice versa (especially!)

The personnel is very nice, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. You can book your tours and transfer to El Nido directly at the reception which is very good, as we did not find any other travel agency in the city.

The breakfast is very simple and you have to chose the dish one day before. We asked once if we could have more bread but this was not possible, so it is not very flexible and the portions are quite small. We had problems with the remote control of the AC and one day we had almost no water in the shower. The personnel helped us directly which was good, but also in general the water pressure is low. It was very difficult to find a motorcycle to rent in Puerto Princesa. You will need a tricycle to bring you to some places, as restaurants etc. are quite far away.

The free shuttle service and the location

A nice and quiet hotel stay with friendly staff and comfortable facilities. Would I go back? Yes. Pros: - The owners seemed incredibly nice and attentive to our needs. They may have been some of the nicest hotel staff I've ever met. - They offer free airport pickup and drop off. Although it's not too far from the airport, having the ability to load up in an air-conditioned car is very nice. The room: We came in from El Nido, so didn’t need airport pickup. We were dropped off via our van service at the front gate. The hotel is located pretty far from a central street, so you might need a map to find it. The hotel might appear locked at first, but you just need to press a button on the gate and an employee will unlock the gate to let you in. We checked in by confirming our reservation, selecting our breakfast option and time in the morning. The breakfast options were nothing to write home about, but the food was solid. Our room was on the second floor, where we had two beds (one large and one small). There was air-conditioning, solid WiFi, a small alcove for clothing storage, and a separate bathroom well-equipped with toiletries. The bed was comfortable.

The location isn’t great. It’s on the end of a street that’s a little far from anything notable in Puerto Princessa. You can walk to Robinson’s Mall in about 20 minutes and some nearby restaurants in less, but you can’t walk to the downtown bars, the Baywalk, or anything else, so you'll probably need to use a tricycle to get around. It’s a little pricey relative to other nearby options, so you might be able to find something better for less.

Amazing staff! Very helpful and kind. We also enjoyed our room, felt fresh and had a lovey outdoor seating area.

The nearby area maybe does not have that much activities to offer but was still ok for restaurants etc:) The breakfast is basic.

We had a great time staying at Casa Belina. We were very well taken care of as if we were the only visitor. We felt special as they are very warm and meticulous in their service. Plus the owner is very kind and took time to get to know us. The hotel itself is very clean and near to everthing like the malls, transpo, banks, restos. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to puerto princesa. Big thanks to all the staff!! God bless you all!

The single bed is located at front therefore a lot of noise coming from the tricycle until late night. However, the staff was willing to change me to a bigger and quiet room without any fee.

we were not able adjust the air conditioning unit or even turn it off. it was set very cold and the room was really cold overnight. The single sheet didn’t keep the warmth in…

The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. It sounds like a clique but I felt like I had stayed there previously as it was also relaxed.

Extremely lovely staff, everything was clean and comfortable.

Our room didn’t have any real windows. One of the windows seemed to lead to a storage room and when people went in and out of it at all hours, the lights would come into our room and make it really bright.

Comfy, clean rooms and always felt very safe. The staff were so friendly and did everything they could to make our stay as best as possible. Lovely breakfast which you could choose from a few options the day before. Highly recommend!

I found what I wanted in Puerto Princessa - clean and comfortable room, very helpful staff, and quit and not noisy. Also! They have a free and comfortable transfer to the airport!)

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcomed when we arrived and were given a welcome drink, as well as them kindly bringing our bags to our room. Free shuttle from the airport and a lift to the bus station in the morning, which was great! Breakfast was really good with coffee or tea and fruit as well. Room was very clean and we were provided with toothbrush, toothpaste, water etc. Overall, a very good experience!!

The staff tried to help, even though they don't speak very well English. They have a restaurant there and the food was ok. The house is located on a quiet street. The room and the bathroom were clean. The hot water works well and they offered plenty of toiletries.

This place feels more like a homestay than a hotel or a guesthouse. They advertise it as "the luxurious and elegant air-conditioned rooms come with a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and a desk..." but the rooms are basic. No wardrobe and the flat TV was about 24 inches. They only offer bottled water on the first day. Breakfast could be better too.

good location , very clean, the stuff is very friendly bed comfortable, they help you with organising the trips, free pick up from airport. very good restaurant, had dinner two times and the soups were very delicious!

the internet is not working in the room, at least not were we stayed but this is an issue in the whole country 😀, other than that very good place
