The beds are comfy, the place was clean, the kitchen is well stocked with the “ancillary items” needed to prepare a meal, once we figured out the televisions, they are very nice, and the master bathroom is well laid out.

We stayed at this property with our two young children and our parents and we were not disappointed. The location is perfect and the house is beautiful. They have so many games and options for entertainment at the home, we never had a dull moment. The check in and out process was seamless, we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cabin getaway!

We had a wonderful stay , it was nice to get out of the valley heat for a few days . Property management was great to work with and we really enjoyed our stay . The cabin is very pretty , modern and cozy , clean and lots to do with the family and kids alike with the amenities inside the home , garage and backyard too .

This house was extremely comfortable, fully stocked with all of your needs, great selection of entertainment (games, pool, etc), wonderful outdoor experience. Super for a big group. Our family had a great time!

I went for a snowboarding trip and it was awesome. Sunrise is about an hour away but won’t find a place nicer nearby. And when you get home there’s so many things to do pool/shuffle board/ ping pong you won’t get bored. There’s a cool restaurant nearby called the house that we ate at almost everyday and 5 minute drive. This place is a great stay!

We go up to showlow and bring our kids to play in the snow every year we also bring another family. This cabin by far has been the best in Torreon yet! The house is beautiful they have a chefs kitchen and all the amenities you wish for. The check in process was very smooth and detailed we didn’t have any issues. The cabin was spacious and made for some great family memories. The owners have put a lot of detail and thought into this house. Everything was labeled and throughly thought through made it feel like you were at your own house. It has literally been the best rental experience I have had and made it feel like a 5 star hotel. Plus the beds were very comfortable definitely plan on coming back.

Everything about the home and location is absolutely wonderful. Very clean, secure and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Home away from home

Home was gorgeous, filled with all of the amenities. Lots to do with pool table, ping pong, games and more. Beds were comfortable and the first time I didn't have to bring an extra pillow!! Home was VERY CLEAN! The management company was very responsive and so easy to contact. We will return!!

This home is outfitted with everything you need to enjoy a fun-filled and luxurious vacation in the pines! It is exceptional, from its beauty and location, to the amenities and activities it offers guests. From ping pong, to pool, to eating fireside, we had all the entertainment we needed, and only wish we had stayed longer! The property owners were communicative and thoughtful. We look forward to staying at the Retreat at Whispering Pines again soon!

This is a designer home nestled amongst the pine trees. Beautiful decor, just as pictured if not better. Comfortable beds, plenty of space indoors & outdoors. Games and activities galore! Our favorite was the pool table, the tree swing, and a Girls v. Boys team competition in Tiki Toss! We dined at the community restaurant a couple of times, I would recommend. We also leveraged the fitness center each day. Excellent communication from the property manager who checked in throughout our stay to make sure our party was comfortable. We will definitely return to whispering pines!

This place was amazing and perfect. The host communicated with me before during and after the trip. The kids loved all the games that were available (pool table video games etc). The kitchen, grill and smoker were great for dinner. We will be planning another trip soon!

Walking into this home took my breath away. It was INSANELY GORGEOUS and I was overwhelmed by every detail that has been poured into this home. They do a fantastic job of providing an immaculate, welcoming place packed with state of the art amenities. This is a PERFECT home if vacationing with (2) families with kids. They didn’t miss a beat with providing everything you’ll ever need during your stay. I am the most critical person you’ll ever meet and I could find NOTHING wrong with anything.
