The aircond at living room sometimes working sometimes not. During booking, regarding the deposit rm200 were not mentioned.

House space very big, suitable for those who travel with big family's.
Clean and comfortable
Very recommended, staff very friendly.
Just need to fix they pass key at parking lot . We have trouble to access.

Spacious apartment. Great central location. We booked last minute and had a very quick response from host. We were in the apartment an hour after we booked. Nice gardens and swimming pool.

Aircond very quite, very close to lift, laundry is super, got balcony to rest out side and the wiffy is great
Lack of building map cause some time its a bit confusing on the exit of the building

didnt like the usage of card to use elevator. troublesome. at least remove access using card just to go to car park and imago mall but retain using card if going upper level to apartments

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the location (above a major shopping centre and within an easy walk of the town centre) is hard to beat. We really appreciated having a washing machine available for our use after being away from home for a week. The complex has a very good gym and pool, both of which we took advantage of. Our host was excellent. She was responsive, helpful and accommodating - she even drove us to the airport when we left!
Some extra cups and glassware would have been appreciated.

The unit was so spacious and its not easy to get a big unit with affordable price. The host also make it easier for us to check in and find the parking. They also provide me with fast replies. Definitely will repeat in the future :D
Some of the fans in the unit are not working..

I like the cleanliness of the area and its location which is just nearby the famous mall in KK,Imago Mall.The surrounding is just superb and spacious good for family.
