Location is perfect

Breakfast could have been included in the price. A secure place for smokers could have been provided within hotel site.

Front desk staff members were kind and reminded us of the free drinks at the lobby.

Housekeeping staff knocked our door and asked us to checkout at 11:50am with an impatient face although it was not yet the 12:00 noon checkout time.

Great hôtel, breakfast is very good with eggs, dausages, végétales, pancakes, and the rest of the continental breakfast

A bit far from the old town

Great location near the Stiglmaierplatz, where you can quite easily connect to the central station and tram stations. The room was spacious, heating facilities provided. Good Wi-Fi connection in the room and around the hotel. Breakfast was good as well (selection of jams, cheeses, vegetables and more). Benny was incredibly helpful in providing tips for attractions and transportation.

No mini-fridge in the room (but the staff will keep whatever you need in the hotel's refrigerator).

Room was cosy with a large bathroom and good shower. Nice wide windows with a view towards a private garden. The bed was a good size and came with two separate blankets. Down at the lobby you can get free coffee + teas. You can also request them to provide a kettle for free for your room.

The TV was not compatible for screen mirroring (iPhone 10/13). So we couldn't stream Netflix etc. The pillow was a little thin, there is also a bolster pillow, but naturally this doesn't help much when you want to sleep.

The staff was very helpful and nice, the hotel is clean and the room was in a perfect shape.

The only downside was the constant smell of beer on the street.

The bathroom with glassdoor is right in front of the bed. It can be bothersome when someone goes to the bathroom at night. The shower is half open so it’s likely that water will splash on the floor. Our window had a weird location. We couldn’t use the room without leaving the lights on because the window was around the corner in a small section.

Good and quiet location, just a 2 min walk from the metro station. The staff were really helpful, there was free coffe and tea which was GREAT. Bed was comfortable, bathroom really spacious, overall good value for money.

Room facing the back was very quiet. Hotel is 15min walk from Munich Central Station.

Bed was okay, but generally prefer one large mattress, not two small beds put together.

Good hotel. The room was really quite. There is free coffee/tea machine on the first floor. You can borrow an umbrella for free :)

Location. It's quite far from an old town (by foot), though there is a U station several minutes walk from a hotel.

Modern facilities, well kept room, super clean, very quiet, well designed. Central location, 5 stops to Marienplatz, 3 stops to Karlsplatz, 100m from U1 and very close to tram station. There’s a coffee station available 24h where you can have coffee or tea or hot chocolate for kids. Very convenient!

The heating was not working well but when we complained they immediately offered to change rooms and when we denied they offered a heating panel for the night. So no big deal! There are not shops or supermarkets close by. No view. It is located in a small street looking at Lowenbrau factory, basically a big wall.

This is a comfortable, clean option for a few nights stay. Free coffee in the lobby was a great addition.

Transport in Munich is not cheap so if you plan to get the train multiple times a day perhaps it is better value just staying closer into the city

We liked the location, it was a walking distance to everything we needed and wanted to see. The staff were able to organise a taxi for us when we had to leave and offered x2 breakfasts as compensation for the no heating in the room. Even though we would have expected more considering it was winter and cold. We accepted and moved on. Overall the rooms are a good size, the WiFi is great, the breakfast in the morning also has a great variety and tasted great.

Being the middle of winter when we arrived, we had an issue with the heating in our room on the first night. We told reception in the morning and were told it would be fixed while we were out during the day. We didn't want to change rooms if it was going to be fixed as we had unpacked all our luggage and had tours/ sights to see all day and night. The second night, our heating didn't work again and reception gave us extra blankets for the night to keep us warm as there was no one at the desk that night when we arrived to accommodate a room change. The third morning/ day we were moved to another room in the hotel which had proper heating, however it was our final night on our stay at the hotel which gave us a bad experience during our stay.

Beautifully decorated hotel, with great location to city center with underground. Room was quiet and clean, great bathroom, delicious breakfast. I really liked free of charge coffee, tea and hot chocolate in bar.

I suggest to add any of plant based milk at the breakfast, everything else was ok.

This has to be one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. Staff were amazing and so helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The room was the perfect size and spotless. Loved Munich and will definitely be back..... and definitely be back to stay here. 10/10 👍
