great location

smelt a bit like previous occupants had been smoking and something had been sprayed to cover it up

Close to a car park and central location to where we were going during our stay.

The cleanliness and noisy residents in the building. Cleanliness: a ball of chewing gum and 4 socks, none of which matched, found under one of the single beds. A hand towel with someone else's blood on it was left in the bathroom. Noisy residents: People staying in the apartment above us were noisy, banging on the front door, calling our intercome, probably by accident at half past midnight and then banging around. No 'night time kit', as mentioned in the welcome brochure, was left in the double bedroom.

Central location, warm, good size.

It wasn’t what I expected d picture on the site was nothing like the place. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Table screws were loose. Duvet on bed was loud and crinkly, bed was squeaky.

Very clean, well maintained and felt very safe. Booklet provided was very helpful and the apartment felt very homely

The cleaner Sarah was exceptionally helpful and friendly. She helped us when we arrived early thanks to a late cancellation at another hotel. Would like to thank her once again for her efforts. Great service

It was very well situated and excellent value for money

As it’s in the town centre it’s hard to avoid a little noise. Also it was a bit hot.

All you would have in an apartment- washing machine(even sponges, washing liquid, ironing board, cooker etc)

The noise from outside all evening until early hours of the morning. Not a single window with a nice view (all windows overlooking bin area of a pub or a brick wall).

The location was very good, easy to access and perfect for what I needed.

The mattress on the double bed needs replacing, didn't get a good night sleep on the first night, we used the sofa bed the second night which was alot more comfortable.

Property in the centre of town which is very convenient. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff very helpful.

center of town in the center of local night life. Convenient, but a bit noisy and parking was a few minutes walk. Very good but not perfect. And the listing stated both points, so we knew ahead of time.

Good location and communication from the host. They gave advice with regards to parking which was appreciated.

Beds are uncomfortable, not unbearable but not great. This is really the only issue.

Great location, although no on site parking there are plenty of close and affordable alternatives. Safe and easy during lockdown. Plenty of eating choices nearby too.

All was very acceptable and easily met expectation and promise.
