Location is excellent and the unit has all you need, if you would like to cook or relax inside.

Unfortunately the beds were not made up as we requested - we had a couple and two singles - and due to the owners cost centric focus we were not provided linen for the single bed.

It was spacious and well equipped with everything you would need , right down to board games and little personal touches like that .

That you had to open the big gate to access the property . I was worried about disturbing the other people by opening the gate .

The proximity to the Main Street of Margaret River Was our reason for staying at House 212. Easy walking distance, only a couple of minutes walk to Margaret River Bakery

A walk in shower on ground floor would add to the stay for elderly people or those less mobile

The location was excellent and very convenient to get to restaurants.

The house wasn’t cleaned adequately upon our arrival. However this was rectified on request of the host. I also feel the house was a bit expensive for what it was, particularly as it was advertised as a 3 bedroom, however as we had nominated that there were only 2 of us staying the other 2 rooms were locked. I found this to be a bit misleading.

The emails and messages provided were excellent the house is in a lovely area close to all amenities will definitely be visiting again
