the shower was not functional. the water temperature very unstable. So at the end I had to shower in the cold water. I wouldn’t expect this from place called “Premium”

Nice neighbourhood, tastefully decorated light and airy small studio apartment with parking and an elevator. Very comfortable with the facilities we needed, although the bed was a little too firm for us.

If you stay at this place you have to accept that without a car you are a little isolated so you have to rely on the 149 bus which runs every 10 to 15 minutes. Longer on Sundays. The place can be a bit noisy with the hall, stair well and through the walls if you have a noisy neighbour. Block out blinds would be good for the apartments on the street side because there is a street light directly outside. One other problem we encountered was the overcharging we received when we changed the stay from 5 nights to 4 nights. We would have been better off cancelling the booking and re-booking. Booking.com does not have software to allow successful modifications within the free of charge period. So you end up at the mercy of the property owner.

Wonderful environment, nicely renovated apartment, kind host. Quick reaction to a small problem popping up. Flexibility about the time of check-out. In short: a very pleasant stay.

we stayed 2 days and heaters are turned off during both night. our room was cold. also shower in the bathroom couldn’t be set to a comfort level. it was too hot or too cold only.

Spacious, clean and modern. It’s in a pretty neighbourhood on Budapest (on the Buda side).

It’s located quite high uphill so take that into account when you decide to walk from the metro station

bedroom is very nice and comfortable. The living room and kitchen is pretty average. The coffe and tea was a good idea to provide in the accomodation. The breakfast was delicious, a little bit of everything. Maybe I would skip the pancake from the shop = extremely sweet. The owner was kind and helpful, clearly explained everything. Also everything was clean.

It was cold in the room, even if the heating was turned on to max level. Also the cleaning made the room quite smelly.

Great location, amazing view, helpful and flexible staff, a perfect place in the luxy Buda hills. Only good memories about the place.

A washing machine would be great, but this is not a serious issue.

Unexpected good willings from the host.: very helpfully ! The apartment itself it is cozy and very clean and ideal place for a family in vacation.
