Beautiful property clean and had some lovely touches our host made it very welcoming.

Very clean, the host was very generous and made sure we were stocked with everything we needed with a range of teas, coffees, water, even cereal and snacks. They really did think of everything that you could need. The separate bathrooms were great, clean modern and with shower gel/shampoo facilities
The hosts were very pleasant and friendly and the sofa bed was pre made up. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The welcome message on the board was a lovely little touch and so thoughtful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in future. Excellent service.
The overall stay was excellent and, although these were extremely minor, the only things we could really say in this regard are:
We were a little unsure as to where to put non-recyclable items. There were 3 clearly marked bins for sorting but none for anything that could not be recycled, such as non-recyclable plastics.
There was only one set of keys for 4 adults. It was not an issue for us but could have been if one set of adults wanted to go off on their own.

Loved everything, excellent for the 2 of us. There were loads of little extras, a nice touch 😍. Nice quiet area but close to all you need. Would recommend and use again.
A previous occupant hadn’t cleaned the oven/grill after using, even though there were oven liners to make it easy 😔

A great place to stay - comfortable, all the facilities we needed, and really convenient for the station for trains to Glasgow and Edinburgh

A very nicely fitted out, clean property with easy parking. A real positive was having a shower room on each floor. It is near the centre of Falkirk, and our stay there was very pleasant.
The only suggestion for improvement I could make would be to replace the washing machine with a dishwasher, and add a bit more crockery and cutlery. The washing machine isn't much use in the winter, as there is nowhere to hang wet clothes, but a dishwasher would save a lot of time. Having to frequently wash-up the old fashioned way is a bit of a shock for those who own a dishwasher at home!

Loved all the homely touches from teas and coffees, milk and water in fridge, stuff for the shower and the welcome sign was a nice touch also. Even in centre of Falkirk it was really quiet and peaceful. We sure will be back .
Nothing I didn't like bar flats looking into the building but once shut the curtains you would forget where you are.

Nice property. very central in Falkirk and good location for visiting central Scotland Enjoyed our stay.
Bit disappointed with cleanliness. Sofa bed needs very good clean or replacement.

… nothing to do with the property but bright spotlights/security lights from near by area - blinds shut this out but local council should not allow such light pollution! especially as they light up residential properties!

The location was great, quiet yet only a short walk to town centre. Good off street parking.
Everything was fabulous, the cleanliness, the household items left for the guests to use, the small touches with milk and water in the fridge, some breakfast items in the cupboard and teacoffee.

The Villa was lovely very nicely decorated. Was very comfortable and homely. We went for my partners birthday and Kerry was very helpful with arranging balloons and a banner. Would highly recommend and happily return thank you :)
Would be good if there was curtains in the room as the blind didn’t keep the sun from shining in early in the morning. Apart from that everything was great!

Alma Villa is perfectly located (in a residential area) for Falkirk town and the nearby attractions. The Villa is about 5-10 minutes' walk to the local supermarket, railway station and town centre - or 2 minutes by car.
The villa was, in short, immaculate in every respect. Spotlessly clean and nicely decorated and furnished with everything we could possibly need. There was also a pleasant seating area for guests on the patio overlooking the garden. The hosts had thoughtfully made Hand Sanitiser available each time you entered or left the Villa, and sanitising soap was freely available in the shower/toilet rooms and in the kitchen area. The additional downstairs shower/toilet would be of great benefit to anyone who finds it difficult to climb stairs.
We really did not find any faults at all, and we certainly don't have any criticism of the property or the hosts (both of whom were happy to chat with us on occasion whilst maintaining and respecting social distancing).

Super comfy & stylish little house with off-street parking immediately out front . Shower was excellent, bed super comfy and it was very well equipped. Couldn’t fault it.
