Everything. They didn’t hold our reservation even though I reserved two months in advance. I arrived there at 11pm and I had to find another hotel at that time.

I loved this hotel and location! I have stayed at, easily, 20-30+ hotels in South America (mostly Colombia) and this is a classic Colombian 3* hotel that I love - low frills, wonderful staff, AC, clean modern rooms, hot water, very economical, and a very good HOT breakfast on a rooftop terrace. The staff is super friendly and helpful - being a local hotel though, bring your Spanish (or at least Google Translate). Location is AMAZING! A short walk from a mall and, literally, a 3 minute walk to the Zona Rosa (Google Maps confirms the 3 minutes, haha). I have stayed in 2 different hotels in barrio El Centro, Pereira and EASILY prefer this location over either of those.

Breakfast was very good and the cooks were quite eager to please you. When I got to the hotel and saw the area where it was located at, I became hesitant to stay there. What helped me change my mind into staying was the person in charge willingness to make my stay pleasant and safe. He went very far into assuring me that the place was in a good neighborhood and he was very insistent into making my stay a satisfied one. He was extremely polity and friendly. I am happy I ended up staying there.

The presentation of the hotel lobby, although clean, was not very inviting. I asked to see my room before deciding to spend the night there, and the room was just ok, nothing out of the extraordinary. I was shown two rooms to decide on one, and that was nice.

The rooms are nice and comfortable, the location is superb for Pereira, and the staff, sooooo very friendly and helpful (some of the best I’ve seen)!

Very nice host!! He gave us many tips for the area and was always willing to help us! Actually is like staying at home and not at a hotel! Very nice location! Very big and comfortable beds! Hot water is available as well!

Breakfast was amazing. This was a big breakfast, it was fresh and service was good. Probably one of the best breakfast I've been served in a hotel in this price range.

I didn't catch the mans name who ran the place. He was very hospitable and nice. Always made me feel valued as a customer.

The rooms are a bit noisy. Although close to Circunvalar the street itself feels dodgy.

The stuff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really nice, I loved the fruit salad. The room was clean.

We had a big issue with our booking: This was confirmed on booking.com, but apparently not from the hotel side. No-one from the hotel has ever sent an email to inform us. Only a message on the day of our arrival, asking to confirm. Now, how can you REconfirm the booking (booked and confirmed on booking.com a month before), on the same day you are travelling from Europe on a plane for 17hours?? Imagine, you arrive in a new city, in the evening, and you just find out that you don't have a room confirmed on booking.com, actually the hotel tell you that they are fully booked (or I should say overbooked). This is the last thing you want to have after a long trip from the other part of the world. Hope they will never do this to anyone else. On another note, the front office manager apologised, organised a taxi and booked us out the first night in a nearby apartment, where we met the lovely owner of the hotel and her daughter, they are lovely people. The FOH Manager was willing and ready to help and sorted the issue out, that is why in the end the stay was ok.

It was perfect. very good location in zona Rosa, nice terrace, Ideal staff and nice room. They took good care of me making I was not missing anything.

The staff were very friendly. I arrived early and while my room was being prepared they offered me coffee and told me all about Pereira while we sat on the rooftop. The room was extremely comfortable and the location was fantastic, right near la circunvalar which is amazing and has heaps of cool restaurants and bars.

Great value! Clean place, with great breakfast. One block away from la circunvalar ñ which is packed with things to do. Would totally recommend!
