Beautiful location. Nice quiet hideaway in the hills. Comfortable bedrooms. Great communication with host. If you're looking to host a loud party, this isn't it. But if you're looking to get some rest after a long day out on the town, this is perfect. I'd stay again

This rental was a perfect place to stay while visiting universal studios. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and only a 5 minute drive to the park. Everything was as pictured and we would be happy to stay again.

My Family and I had an amazing time at this quiet, spacious Hollywood Hills home. The pictures online are very accurate! We were very comfortable and had all of the commodities we needed for our week long stay. Having a view of the Universal fireworks was a nice luxury. The drive up to the house was a bit intimidating, but manageable, even with a large SUV. Shawn and his team were exceptional and extremely responsive. Thank you for a great stay and wonderful memories! Highly recommend this property!

This property was pretty much as presented in description on VRBO, very secluded and private. Shawn and his staff were excellent in responding to our needs during the stay from check in to exit. There were some things that need mentioning however. The property is a bit difficult to find and precarious to access. The drive up the hills to the house is very steep and narrow. After a few times it became easier. Would not recommend having a large SUV as we did; but we had 4 adults and 2 children plus luggage. Overall the house is laid out well with great views of the Universal Studio and hills area. Great deck space. The beds were ok but all queen, of course we knew that maybe 1 or 2 kings would greatly improve value. My only recommendation and negative is the furniture in the living and dining areas. Couch was very worn and uncomfortable. Only 2 other chairs, one was curvy lounge type chair which was pretty poor. Dining room space and table were good but sitting on benches is not what we expected. Recommend: Updated couches and chairs in living areas, get real dining room chairs. Maybe 1 or 2 kings in BR. This would bring this place up to 5+ in all aspects. Would stay again with updates.

Amazing location central to everything but also nestled in a serene quiet sanctuary to get away from the busyness of LA. House was beautiful and Shawn was amazing to work with with him very responsive if we needed something. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The house was just beautiful and just as expected. Shawn and team were very responsive and communicative during our stay. The location was excellent. We had a great view from the patio an even saw some fireworks over Universal Studios

Shawn did an outstanding job communicating and Checkin was a breeze. Had a little hiccup with an appliance issue but had someone out there the day of…and for the trouble, they sent donuts. I would highly recommend.

It was a beautiful location and the view in the morning was the best. especially when some fog hung over the mountains in the background.
The location itself was nice felt very private but was close enough to everything.
Must try places near by are The Tokyo Cube, highly suggest the garlic edamame! make sure to stop bye Roadside Taco. A very cute spot for photos and good homemade food. We also enjoyed our breakfast at Good Neighbor Restaurant.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay in the Hollywood Hills. It was great to have a quiet place to return to every night after our busy days. The property manager was very attentive and I felt like he would have been available if we had any problems arise.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is perfect for bouncing from studio to studio and sightseeing. There is a noise ordinance to be aware of that they take very seriously. Other than that it was a great stay!

The house was great, spacious and well kept. The layout worked really well for two families (with two children). We felt at home in Shawn's place, he (and his team) were responsive and ready to help whenever we had a question.

The house was a perfect size for our party of 3 adults. The view from the balcony of Universal Studios was great and the proximity to Universal was so convenient. Shawn's team was attentive and quick to take care of any issues and the check in process was easy. The closeness to Cahuenga Blvd made getting to all of our destinations very easy. It was very quite up at top of the hill, but you do have to drive carefully up the driveway! The showers were epic! Lots of pressure and hot water and the beds were comfortable. All in all, a great stay!

This is a great location for visiting Hollywood attractions and provides a taste of living in the Hollywood Hills. It's a cool property, but could use a little sprucing up. A deep cleaning and some additional furnishings (it felt a little bare) would make it perfect. Shawn made check-in very easy and was responsive to our questions and feedback.

Our family rented this home for a weekend at Universal Studios. The location is incredible and so convenient. The home is really nice and tastefully decorated with hip, modern decor. We felt like movie executives in the Hollywood hills. :) While the location was private up a nice hill, it was easy to get to and we were able to get DoorDash and Uber eats deliveries easily. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen really nice. Bonus there were coffee pods and creamer available. We would definitely be back.

We greatly enjoyed this mid century modern home. Its perfectly situated near the freeway allowing us to go to different tourist locations and is literally 2 minutes from Universal CityWalk. Even though its in the city, it was very privately set up in the hills. It was very tranquil.

Really great place! Check in was seamless. House was perfect for my family of 4 with adult children. Location was very central to all of the usual LA destinations. Shawn was super responsive to any questions I had.
Really liked it and would definitely come back if/when we return to the area.

House was very nice. Great view off the deck! Beds were made for us & we had plenty of towels. Shawn even left us some snacks & a bottle of wine. Drive way is steep as Shawn mentioned but we didn’t have any trouble with it.

Great location for all things Hollywood. Bonus location for proximity to best friend in the Hollywood Hills. Easy drive to the Santa Monica Pier and Caltech to the East. Even spent time on Route 66!

Great Location
The house was in a great location, close to Universal Studios, and other attractions. Our family of 5 had enough room to spread out and still come together in a comfy space for meals and movie nights. Shawn was a pleasure to work with, he always responded promptly and made sure to check in with us during our stay (via email).
