Los jardines de la entrada
Muy sucio. Los acabados muy corrientes. El baño, sucio y con malas instalaciones. Al desatender la cama encontré un pedazo de rastrillo.

El hotel es muy bonito. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias.
Este hotel no está pensado para vacacionar. El personal no está capacitado para atender cordial y ágilmente a sus huéspedes. En recepción hay una demora impresionante, el proceso de entrega de un recibo es eterno y por último, ¡te lo dan en dólares! Estás en México. Lo peor de todo son las áreas de albercas: hay 3. La primera es diminuta donde no alcanzan los camastros mas que para unas pocas habitaciones; la segunda, es más grande, pero el servicio de bar es pésimo, lentísimo, sin buena atención; y la tercera, que está alejadísima de todo, el agua está sucia, los juegos tenían popó de pájaro, NO HAY CAMASTROS NI SILLAS. En resumen, este hotel está hecho para la gente que va a una boda o un evento, NO PARA RECIBIR PERSONAS DE VACACIONES.

This is a very nice hotel, I've had the opportunities to visit similar locations in the area and this one of the best at very attractive price, very quite, lovely gardens, the attention of the personel, the amenities, the room was very clean, the bed and pillows so comfortable, the pools, the facilities in general and even considering there's a section under construction we were able to rest without any issue at all.
I think just three minor thinks, 1) the section under construction, 2) there could be more seats around the property to enjoy the views and rest, read a book or just lay. 3) despite there are three pools in the property I felt those could be bigger considering the property size

This could not have been a more perfect stay. The hotel was nearly empty, so I got to enjoy the pools and gardens practically to myself. They also gave me a free upgrade to a junior suite, and had a great night's sleep.

The facilities overall were nice. the restaurant was neat and had a good vibe. The pool had a good temperature and overall my experience was enjoyable.
All the room wing spanning the rooms 50s- 60s (my room was 61) have clearly a lower category than the ones in the main building, regarding height, and overall appearance. Also, understanding the construction is underway, I think you should fin a way to "hide" the site which is nearby. The bathroom doesn't have proper illumination and/or ventilation even with the extractor and a full body mirror was missing for sure.

The garden of the hotel is beautiful. A lot of peace, given huge area. Staff really great. Internet in common areas is super reliable, and good in rooms. Air conditioner available. Large rooms, super comfortable.
Windows of the room wouldn't open (not stuck but made not to be opened). If you do not have car and need to move, it's hard. Far away from the city center. Restaurant options were limited. Breakfast too expensive, and too Mexican-style during weekends.

Hard to find service and very noisy staff cleaning outside the rooms. Who wants to be waken up at 7.30 am when on holidays
