Very nice fully equipped apartments with a underground parking that provided for guests for free. Apartments located in a quite sleeping district, tram station in 2 minutes walking. We visited Tenerife on January and it was pretty cold in the north, but there were 2 heaters in apartments. Supermarket Mercadona in the same building. I should notice the apartments is far away from city center and there is no straight transport to airport. But we were on a car and location was good for us.

The only minus is shower head. It is broken and needed to be changed.

We decided to book this place because of possible late check-in (based on booking info till midnight). We had a late flight and we had to check in between 11pm-midnight. I messaged the host a few weeks before our arrival letting him know that we will check-in between 11pm and midnight. How surprised I was when I got a message from the host when we landed. It said that check-in is possible till 11pm which basically meant that we woudn't be able to check in. We were pretty tired after a long flight and stressed because of that message. I contacted the host straight away to let him know again about our arrival time. At the end, we had to go somewhere to somebody to pick up the keys to the apartment. Not great welcoming. They didn't explain how to use garage so in the middle of the night we tried to find a way to get to the garage and from garage to the apartment. We tried to forget the whole thing and enjoy our stay. We stayed there for 9 nights. But it was difficult to function in the apartment. It is very noisy. There are barking dogs which live on the roof of a nearby building. Barking is constant, day and night with some breaks. Delivery to the supermarket happens just behind your window. The shower was faulty. Sofa in a living room was super uncomfortable. The are strange house rules which are not provided on booking.com before making reservation but you can read them when you are in the apartment. It says to take out the garbage every day and clean the apartment before checking out (if not your card will be charged with a cleaning cost - this is what it says!). Overall, we are very disappointed. I would advise host to read all negative reviews and reflect on them.

The Communication was clear and easy to understand. they would answer all question we had. when we decided to change our checkout(still within the normal checkout hours) they were very flexible and helpful.

the place was very clean and well furnished. the kitchen was fully equipped. there’s also a smart TV in the living room. A private parking place was also available for guests , which I found very useful.

only one minor detail: the bedroom was so full of stuff (additional blankets, towels, little details, ecc.) that there was little room for me to store my belongings. Nothing that bothered me in particular, though.

We wished to stay longer- we were only travelling through Tenerife overnight. We arrived pretty late and the nice couple met us for the keys and showed us around. We just had to communicate with the property managers about arrival. The owners had a cold bottle of water and wine complimentary- so thoughtful. Everything was very clean. We only stayed the one night but I could tell we could stay for a week and not need anything- great amenities, extra blankets and towels, stocked kitchen. Loved the little balcony outside the bedroom where I enjoyed my morning coffee. You can see a little bit of blue from the ocean.

No complaints. Absolutely recommend.
