Loved the property. Owners were very nice and responsive . Loves the outdoor area, felt like a home with a resort in n the back. I would definitely use this beautiful house again.

We were pretty impressed when we first walked into the house. The view of the pool area from inside is very nice. Unfortunately, the app on the tablet used for controlling the pool area "extras" would never load, even though it was showing connected to the Wi-Fi. Sadly, we didnt get to enjoy the fun ambience that was advertised in the pictures. Also, we were very disappointed when we returned from a day out to see that water from the bar area had been pumped into the pool due to a temporary fix to a water pump problem after it had rained and flooded the bar area. Which was suppose to be corrected properly the next day and did not. The bar area was nice from afar but is very run down with rusted, non - working appliances. The property has great potential. Inside was very clean thank goodness. But we were expecting to enjoy the pool area after a long day at Univeral and could not. Not happy with that part at all after spending what we did for renting the place.

Well kept, tidy home with a tonne of amenities in a phenomenal location.

The house needs work. Pool area needs new grill, new ice maker and refrigerator. Water in one shower turned off when second shower was turned on. Lighting flickered when lights were turned on. Cabinets and kitchen refrigerator and bathroom medicine cabinet were filled with leftover items - extra large MiraLax next to Prunelax, etc in the medicine cabinet in master bedroom. We have stayed in a number of VRBO properties this is not one that we would recommend or use again

What an awesome location - close to downtown Orlando, and the pool and outdoor kitchen was impeccable! Host was great - checked in and supported us when needed, couldn't give more thumbs up!

Smart house embrace the technology. Great place well laid out for indoor and outdoor activity. Really don’t need to go anywhere just enjoy your stay with your guests and the Florida weather. Great location near small retail and restaurants that give you the small town feel.

The house itself was absolutely beautiful. However I wasn't told in my rental agreement that we'd be expected to do pool maintenance. They have a robot that takes several hours to clean the pool. Therefore although we paid for it to be heated, we were unable to use it.

Great location. 11 miles from Universal. Easy access to I-4.

Check-in, property, and communication was great. Spacious inside and out. Plenty of towels and blankets. Even thought we stayed during Hurricane Nicole we were able to take advantage the pool and spa. Lots of love has gone into the outdoor area for entertainment.

What an awesome house to stay! Very clean, all the amenities that you need and than some! The pool and hot tube was fun. Easy access to Interstate, great neighborhood. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Everything was just as pictured, very beautiful. The backyard is a dreammmm!!! Dnt hesitate to stay here. Planning for my next stay already!

We truly enjoyed our stay. They run on the honor system meaning we had snacks, drinks, detergent and other various items readily available. They ask in return to pay it forward if we can so we left some of our own snacks and drinks in return. The pool area was obviously our favorite feature but the house was cozy and comfortable! The huge couch was big enough for us to all lounge on to watch movies after a day in the pool. We didn’t cook while there but if we wanted to, they had everything we needed! It was very quiet in the neighborhood and we saw multiple people going for jogs or walking their pets. We were actually nervous that WE would be the loud ones in the area for once and that’s saying something coming from a small town 😂 Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone looking for a good time!

Well appointed both inside and out. The house is great with a well appointed kitchen and the backyard is a dream. Huge backyard with lots of places to sit and a great pool and hot tub (with pool towels) Easy contactless check in and great communication with the hosts. You will not regret selecting this great house for your stay in Orlando.

We loved the house and the backyard with pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately it was chilly so we only used the jacuzzi, although pool heat is available to request if you know you wanna use it. My sister was coming down from New York and they had to come a day early to avoid snowstorm, James was amazing with booking an extra day early when we called. The bed was incredibly comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped for the cooks that we are. This house was fully stocked with all the necessities for few days, including a complimentary snacks and wine. Nice touch. We enjoyed the smart part of the house that controlled all the lights and water features. Location is only 10 minutes from all the restaurants, shops and beauty of Winter Park. Thank you James for being such a gracious host.

Nice place, nice pool.

We had a great experience at this beautiful property. Host is exceptional, very accessible and informative. The place had everything you could imagine, but with the small space, all those little things made the drawers very clutters and disorganized. I spent the first day organizing the property to make it to our standards. Other people might like it as it was but for use, we needed to change a few things. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have young children. The pool is unbelievable.

The Location is perfect, the beds are comfortable, and the backyard was like nothing I’ve ever seen. So awesome! We really enjoyed the hot tub 😁

We had a fantastic stay at this property! 2 adults, 4 kids and 2 small dogs and we felt right at home. We loved the pool and felt like we were secluded in the backyard in our own oasis. We had to get used to the “smart” features, but the kids jumped right in and figured it all out - go figure! The location was great, close to the interstate and the very cute nearby “downtown” College Park area with tons of restaurants, a grocery and great little shops. Everything we needed to make our trip to Orlando a great one. Despite the rain (thanks Elsa) we had a great time!

This was an amazing property. Smart house was beyond words. It was beautiful and just what the listing is said! Everything was in the house when it comes to kitchenware. I wish there was more toilet paper and paper towels. We did buy some for the house and bought garbage bags and hand soap because there was little to none when we got to the house. Also the master bed only one side goes up for the bed when you try to incline. Other than that pretty straight forward. The owners were awesome and so responsive! I would 100percent stay again if I come into the area.
